This cozy retreat comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area, a comfy living room with a pull-out sofa, and a queen bedroom, sleeping 4. It's the perfect little escape, offering both privacy and easy access to the main home and all its fantastic amenities!

Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the garage for 2 small vehicles. There are also open parking spaces next to the garage that are shared within the community. These spaces are first come, first serve.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Golf carts are no permitted in Rosemary Beach.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
