Welcome to Bears Den Way! Perched high on a hill within the established and rustic Hidden Springs Resort community, this spacious but cozy cabin boasts 2,572 square feet of living space, including 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. With a movie room, two expansive decks, and some of our other favorite surprises below, it’s a great mountain getaway for up to 16 people.

1. You’re in the middle of a whole lot of fun. Besides being mere minutes from Dollywood and the hopping little hamlet of Pigeon Forge, you’re just a 25-minute drive to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and its gateway resort town, Gatlinburg, which offers a bevy of family fun, including live music, nightlife, theme parks, amazing golf courses, and more. Point is, you’re covered whether you’re looking for peace, play or both!

2. The legit game room. Back in the day, a game room like this one could only have existed as a feature of the resort’s main clubhouse. Here, it’s all under your own roof for endless hours of fun complete with a shuffleboard and pool table. For the performers in the family, the room opens up to full blown music space with a stage, karaoke and instruments.

3. The view. Short version: Trees and sky as far as you can see. But please do yourself a favor and scroll through the photos to see for yourself. It’s pretty epic.

4. Lots of amazing extras. Even on the most aggressively adventurous trips, it’s the creature comforts and little extras that make the biggest difference. Here, that means a kitchen with sturdy cookware and bakeware, plenty of dishes, utensils and glassware, paper towels and other essentials. In the bedrooms, you’ll find blackout shades, premium mattresses, linens and bedding. And the bathrooms and laundry room are stocked like you ran to the store yourself.

5. Hidden Springs Resort. This home is located within the popular Hidden Springs Resort community. You’ll have access to a well-established resort with fully paved roads, a community pool, and an active neighborhood of fellow vacationers. Bonus: As the last home on its side of the street, this home has more privacy than most!

Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note: The community pool will be closed for maintenance from January 7 to February 28 and will reopen in March.
- Please have a 4WD or AWD vehicle and also carry chains. Driveways or roads leading to the property can be steep and will require these.

Parking Details:
- There are 4 parking spots available.
- Parking is only allowed in home/cabin driveways. There is no street parking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
