The Space: This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite is on the first floor of a 2 story home. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, cabinets and all the dishes and glasses guests need, along with cooking items. The living room has a dining table that can seat 4-6 guests, a Queen size pull-out sofa and flat-screen 4KTV. The unit has two bedrooms, one King bed and one Queen bed, all with luxury linens and flat-screen TVs. The two full bathrooms feature custom tile, stall showers, luxury towels and hotel style toiletries. There is a wonderful porch with seating and a private, walled backyard with beautiful landscaping. Our driveway can accommodate a mid-size vehicle for parking. We are two blocks to King Street! Guests can enjoy complimentary Cable & WIFI along with complimentary concierge services.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
