The Space:

Step off the boardwalk and feel the soft white sand of Port St. Joe just a breath away. The salty breeze drifts through the screened‑in porch as you enter a sun‑lit, air‑conditioned living space that invites you to unwind. Inside, the open layout blends the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one bright gathering spot, perfect for sharing stories after a day on the beach.

An outdoor dining area mirrors the indoor space, allowing you to dine al fresco under the Florida sky. A free washer/dryer is available for longer stays, and a grill sits ready for weekend barbecues.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio to find a fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows as the sun sets. A private putting green invites friendly competition, while patio furniture provides ample seating for relaxation. The boardwalk across the street leads straight to the beach, just a two‑minute walk away.

Located in the heart of Port St. Joe, the home sits on a quiet street with easy access to the town’s charming shops, fresh‑seafood restaurants, and local attractions. The beach’s soft white sand and gentle waves are right outside your door, making sunrise walks and sunset swims effortless.

The Neighborhood:

Affectionately referred to by the locals as "small town with a big heart," Port St. Joe has plenty to offer anyone looking for a casual escape from it all. Lounge among the dunes on the soft, sandy beaches, snorkel in the Gulf of Mexico, or hop on a boat for a fishing excursion. Plenty of local restaurants offer up fresh seafood, from sit-down options to casual, waterfront fish shacks. The historic, pedestrian-friendly downtown is a charming spot, filled with antique shops, bistros, green spaces, and a picturesque marina that's perfect for al fresco dining.



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Kids will love the array of attractions in Port St. Joe like Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Center, a sea turtle rescue site with conservation exhibits and information, and George Core Park, a waterside park with a lighthouse and picnic areas. You can also visit St. Joe Beach, a family-friendly beach with soft sand and gentle surf.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
