• A virtual reality sports center and game room on the ground floor, offering a variety of sports activities.
• An indoor children’s play area on the ground floor, equipped with various toys for kids.
• Community rooms located on the ground floor and the first floor.
• A gym on the first floor, equipped with cardio machines, weights, and functional training equipments.

Lumiere Boulevard is designed with a range of outdoor amenities located on the ground floor to serve residents, such as: outdoor BBQ areas, relaxation seats, outdoor children’s playgrounds, fountains, garden lounge areas, scenic waterfalls, outdoor cinema zones, exploration paths & magical gardens, botanical & herb gardens, kite flying areas, outdoor sports facilities, swimming pools, hydrotherapy massage seating areas, hydrotherapy massage lounges, underwater relaxation chairs, sunbathing lawns, shower areas, poolside walking paths, children’s pools, kids’ water jet pools, Jacuzzis with hydrotherapy massage, poolside relaxation lounges, pool access for seniors/disabled individuals, fountain playgrounds, and lazy rivers.
