The Neighborhood:
The location of this unit allows you to be a short 5 min. walk to the beach. No car, no worries. Take the Palms shuttle to Henderson State Park where the beach is less crowded. The famous Harbor walk and Crab Island are a must for boating or watching the playful dolphins.

Enjoy the view from the 11th floor. Partial ocean views from the master bedroom ensuite with private balcony and king bed. Plenty of space in the open living room with dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 2nd bedroom ensuite with full size bed with walk-in shower & washer & dryer. 5 min Walk to beach or shuttle. Lagoon pool, heated pool, children's splash pad, hot tub, pickleball ,Fitness Gym, tennis, basketball courts. Enjoy the on-site Palms Bistro with indoor and outdoor seating. Live entertainment, toys and games for kids to keep busy. A coffeehouse with organic and natural delights.

Getting Around:
While staying at our condo at 4201 Indian Bayou Trail in Destin, Florida, you'll find convenient access to local transportation. The Palms offers a beach shuttle, providing easy access to the beach. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS), approximately a 30-minute drive away. Free parking is available on the premises if you choose to drive. Explore the area with ease, knowing you have options for getting around.
