Nestled in South Charleston, this delightful bungalow offers guests a cozy retreat with 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a washing machine, dryer, and Tvs in the living room as well as both bedrooms. The beautifully remodeled bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience and stocked with towels and toiletries. Newly remodeled kitchen boasts stainless appliances and plenty of cookware. Relaxing outdoor spaces and single car garage + carport. Experience a fantastic stay in this amazing property. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The house was comfortable and a great location for our stay. All the essentials are there with a few extras. There's a playground close by for little ones and Spring Hill Bakery is just down the street (that's for everyone).

Had a perfect overnight stay! Kristin was very helpful and quick to respond, the house was clean, cozy, and well stocked. The location was great, off-street parking was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Relocation while homes were demolished from fire

I've used vrbo many times and have to say as far as host, Kristin is by far one of the best hosts Ive ever dealt with. Her property is exactly how she describes. Before we arrived she advised me of an issue with a breaker that kept tripping suddenly the evening before we arrived and told me exactly where to locate it. Unfortunately mornjng of our 3rd day, it had tripped again for the 3rd morning in a row but this time it would come back. Since we were there due to home fires, our family was cery unsettled and Kristin was amazing. She was very understanding and apologized, she couldnt get an electrician there while we were there, they were on vacation so she refunded the remainder of our stay so we could stay somewhere else. The house itself is fantastic. You really dont need much of anything except your clothes, hair & bath necessities. The ice machine on thr fridge is amazing. All tv's are smart tvs, netflix, hulu, etc are on them but you have to use your own accounts. Plutotv, tubi, roku live tv are on as sell free for everyone. Memory foam beds are amazing. She supplies laundry detergent for washer and dryer. Only bug negative which is why i gave it a 4, is it isnt toddler friendly due to the concrete fireplace harth. That would be nice to have some kind of padding on. It wore everyone out and my mom is elderly and csnt walk well, my sister is very pregnant and cant move fast to catch the 19 month old if he had fallen off it ofr against it.

Wonderful home away from home.

This wa a wonderful place to stay during my visit to Charleston. The host was an excellent communicator and provided a warm welcome and a very clean and beautiful place.

Nice house, cute area

This property is in a cute little neighborhood that is easy to find. Listing is as described! Furnishings are nice, and the home was good for our one-night stay on the way further into West Virginia. Kitchen had ants, but that is to be expected after a big rainstorm. Host was very responsive to that electricity being out from the storm. Unfortunately, I can't offer a high rating because our bedding was disgusting. It was clear the beds had not been changed -- we pulled so much loose hair off the sheets, blankets, and pillows. We arrived later in the evening so there wasn't much we could do and felt it wasn't worth bringing it up to the host. We did what we could, but I slept on the couch due to the unclean bedding.

Conference Trip

I needed a place to stay for a work conference. Stay here is about 10 min from downtown. I was able to quickly pick up food from the many restaurants in the area. There is even a Krogers. Owner responded quickly to my internet problem and was attentive. Check in and Checkout was easy. No keys.This is the first place I'll check for availability the next time i need to stay in Charleston.

Great little home...just as pictured and described. Bed, Bath & Kitchen linens were good quality and plentiful. Host could not have been more responsive and helpful! Beds were super comfy, house & neighborhood is quiet. This was a great place for my sister and I to "come home to" after our days of hiking and exploring!

Clean and Comfortable

Really well appointed house. My wife and I were very comfortable during our two day stay. There's plenty of room for another couple to stay comfortably as well. You can tell the owner cares about the property. We will definitely be staying here again if we are ever in Charleston!

Perfect stay!

Thank you for sharing your home with us and being so accommodating! We had a bad experience right before this and had to book very last minute & the hosts were very understanding and friendly. I felt welcome before entering the door. The house was perfect for my family and I & we hope to be back soon!
