This retro-inspired, newly renovated home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, and a projector for cozy movie nights. With space for up to 12 guests, it’s perfect for groups, families, and laid-back getaways. Relax by the private pool, soak up the Texas sun, or explore—you're just minutes from downtown, the trendy East Side, and the airport!

- Dive in and make a splash! Just a heads-up; guests enjoy the pool and amenities at their own risk. Owners and management can’t take responsibility for any accidents, mishaps, or unexpected cannonballs from misuse.

- Our pool’s open year-round, and it’s perfect for a dip when the weather’s warm—Spring, Summer, or Fall! But, fair warning: it's not heated, so don’t expect a steamy hot tub vibe. Splash at your own chill factor!

- We’re nestled in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood here in Austin, so let’s keep things low-key. Big parties and loud gatherings aren’t allowed, but good vibes are always welcome!

- Grill masters, listen up! For safety reasons, we don’t store propane on-site. If you’re feeling the BBQ spirit, just grab your own propane (it’s easy to find nearby) and get grilling!

The house was so cute and had everything we needed! It was very clean and comfortable. The host was quick to answer message and made sure we were settled in. We loved it!

Communication was top notch. Everything was explained well and had zero questions. The beds were very comfortable and no one complained. We chose this property to host my family for my sisters graduation from Texas state because it was close to the airport and had a pool table. Sadly, non of the pool sticks had a tip and there wasn’t any chalk. My family still tried to play but was very disappointing.If the pool sticks were fixed we would def stay here again. Thanks.

Cozy and Clean

Our group had a great time during our weekend stay here in Austin! We were very impressed with the interior design, and loved the vibe and charm of the entire home. Phil was also very helpful in coordinating a late checkout for us which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend staying here! Great location and not too far from downtown Austin.

Our family decided to do a thanksgiving reunion at the Palm Royale. We had plenty of space to lounge and Phillip was very attentive during our stay. Because we were planning on cooking there we could have really used some kitchen towels, sponges, spatulas, and bakeware. But since we weren’t sure what we would have we made sure to bring aluminum pans which worked out well. The kitchen still had plenty to prepare our feast. The game room was a hit and we really enjoyed playing pool the entire weekend. Phillip was very attentive during our stay and was there to address any concerns or questions. We had a fury friend and he was given bowls as well which was a nice touch! The sun room was my fav and it was so nice to be out there during the day. We ended up putting up the folding table and made one long table and it fit us all for dinner. Thank you Phillip for creating a welcoming space.

Phil was an excellent, kind, and understanding communicator. We actually picked this booking over a cheaper option (ran by a third party communicator) due to his great communication. Everything was as pictured and advertised. We are a large family and lots of hosts steer clear of us due to that. Thank you for not, Phil. We did arrive on the heels of a bachelorette group and found a few party balloon strings and some trash in the back yard. But I think the house keeper had limited time to prepare for us as we arrived on a Sunday. The bedding was clean, the towels and robes provided were amazing and despite our kids going in and out to use the pool, the house stayed SO cool. I was able to order groceries and have them ready upon arrival. There is an HEB very close to the house if needed.We were there for a heart surgery at Seton and the drive to and from was easy. The neighbors were peaceful and friendly. The maintenence man had to arrive a was extremely kind and we hardly knew he was there. My kids were sad to leave. Despite the reasons we were in town, the stay made the whole situation bearable. We are a military family and if we weren't moving next summer we would totally book again just to have an affordable summer getaway. Best of luck Phil in the future of your property. We will book again if the opportunity presents itself!
