Experience total relaxation at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club 3903, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 960 sq. ft., top floor property, sleeping 6, is conveniently located in the Heart of Orange Beach, with Gulf/Pool views, TONS of family amenities, and updated decor.

One parking passes included with rental. Stays longer than 30 days will need to re-purchase new parking passes for each additional month.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Not available.

PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Okay Stay

The place was not very crowded at all. My nephew and I both had our shoes stolen from the beach ramp. The master bedroom was hot, the mattress was not comfortable, and there was not even a broom to sweep the floors. The condo itself was a nice place just needs a little attention.

Girls weekend get-a-way

Really enjoyed your condo stay, until we were leaving, loading up at 9:15 on last trip to car and return for final load, locked out of the room at 9:20 a.m. But your service answered call with default code to get back in for last haul, check-out - Beach location was perfect with wonderful balcony view. Really enjoyed our family time spent there. Very well furnished and comfortable. thanks!

Spring Break

The property has an amazing ocean view. It was well stocked with everything that was needed. We appreciated the beach chairs! The only issue we ran into was the elevators were down for a few days of our stay and we were on the 9th floor. We had to use the elevators two buildings over
