Perfect Place

Our eight night stay on Singer Island was epic. The location was amazing and close to the Riviera Beach, restaurants and shops. The duplex apartment was stocked with every item we needed, quiet, cozy and clean. We highly recommend this place to stay!

A Perfect Property

Owners greeted us warmly, even helped us unload, and we moved into a spotlessly clean and thoughtfully appointed small apartment. We found everything convenient and remarkably well maintained, “as I would want it find it,” said our host. We recommend this property very, very highly and hope to stay again.

A gem of a place to stay.

This was great for just myself but would be also really nice for a couple. Has everything and is 10/10 in perfect condition. Beach is right there. Enjoy! :)

"Cabana Surf Club"

This amazing little home away from home is the perfect beachy retreat. In addition to being the perfect location, It is quiet, impeccably clean, organized, homey.The owner has thought of everything, and supplied this little cabana with all the comforts I could need. Even more, the place has great ambiance. I needed this place, and I found it through a miracle.

Very nice unit in a good location

We had a blast staying at this unit. Very clean and fully equipped. Jim and Rosemary are very friendly and provided helpful suggestions on places to go and things to do. Some of our favorites: Ocean reef beach, Peanut Island (great snorkeling), Jim and Rosemary's backyard. Great backyard for relaxing and/or enjoying the pool.

My Stay on Singer Island

Upon arrival my hosts came out to greet me and gave me a tour of the very cute apartment. Everything I needed was provided including coffee, creamer and wine and Perrier bottled water.. There were beautiful fresh flowers in a vase as well. I did not lease a car this time and could walk to most places easily. Rosemary took me to a wonderful Italian market twice which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and extremely clean. The entire apartment was spotless and lovely. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning worked great and there’s a nice place to relax on the backyard. I would highly recommend Joe and Rosemary’s vacation rental.

Relaxing place to stay near the beach

This is a small apartment connected to the owners home. It is small, but was perfect for my wife and I. I don't think it would be very comfortable for more than 2 people. The apartment has its own entrance and parking area. There is a small kitchen with normal kitchen appliances that were in good working order. There were plenty of utensils, pots and pans for cooking. We also water and snacks that were available.The living room was very comfortable and included a very nice big screen tv. The bedroom had a fairly comfortable queen bed with high quality linens. The bathroom was a typical small bathroom. There were plenty of towels and washcloths.There is a non-heated pool that we did not use (too cold). However, we did spend almost every day sitting by the pool soaking up the sun. We would also head to one of the 3 beaches that are relatively close. You could walk to 2 of the 3 in ten minutes, or so, but we chose to drive. The beach we chose had plenty of parking and restroom facilities and was very clean. There was a lifeguard stand as well as beach chairs and umbrellas that could be rented. We did not need to rent anything as the apartment has beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella available for use.Check in and check out were very easy and communication with Jim and Rosemary was very good. It was good to get to know them a little bit and get some recommendations on places to eat in the area. We loved our stay and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Très bien localiser

Accueil très attentionné de nos hôtes, fleurs, chocolat, eau, jus … très propre et très bien situé. Pour cuisiner tout est complet y compris le nouveau BBQ. Seul petit bémol il y a du tapis sur la majorité des planchers,mais il est très propre.

Great location super clean and comfy🌸🌸

Fast wifi, super clean, kitchen is well equipped, hot water, cable tv and sparkling pool. The location is great for walking to the 🏝️ Or Phil foster snorkeling park. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance host was very informative and helpful would love to visit again

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely week on Singer Island. This is hands down the cleanest property we have ever rented. It is well appointed with everything needed in the kitchen, paper goods, plenty of bathroom and beach towels. The unit is comfortable and the owners are friendly, accessible and helpful.

A week in the sun

Rosemary and Jim were easy and welcoming. The tiny apartment was clean as a whistle and supplied with absolutely everything you could need. Having a laundry room available was a plus. The ingested pool was warm enough for me to swim in and the hammock was so nice to lie in.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The place was immaculate inside and out. We were close enough to walk to the beach and also stores and restaurants. Our host were very friendly and made us feel comfortable.

Please is spotless and filled with amenities. Jim and Rosemary are absolutely lovely! My only disappointment was pool wasn't heated. Other than that, we were so happy with these accomodations.

Would love to stay again in the future

My husband and I just finished a stay at this property and we can't rave about it enough. It's obvious the owners take pride in maintaining this rental - it is well appointed (Queen bed) and very clean. The yard and pool are lovely, much larger than the pictures show. A quiet fenced in oasis to sit and read, grill or have a beer. We are scuba divers & this place fit us perfectly. 5 minute walk to our dive shop, the beach & restaurants. Less than 5 minute drive to the Blue Heron Bridge. We were able to rinse, hang & dry all our gear in the backyard, which was such a valuable perk! Laundry onsite is really helpful. Side note: as a frequent solo traveler, I would feel very safe staying at this rental because the owners are next door.

Oasis on Singer Island

Clean! Clean! Clean! The location was as described, however, the pictures don't do it justice. This location puts you close to everything: dining, beaches, shopping.....The owners could not have been more gracious. They made sure we had everything we needed right to bottled waters upon arrival. We loved our time there and enjoyed their company. I especially loved the pristine pool. We can't to visit again next year.!

What a gem of a property

I was so excited to find this listing on Vrbo and even more excited when we got there. Not only is the rental price amazing, the property is in an excellent location, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do on the island. Communication with the owner was so easy and the couple is so friendly. An added extra bonus that we took advantage of is the beach chairs they provide and the FREE laundry. This duplex was the perfect size for my husband and I. We will totally stay there again if it’s available when we come back.

Getaway

Our time at this VRBO was amazing. The house and property were immaculate! Everything you could possible need in the house ( especially the kitchen) was there! Just outside the door is a well maintained yard with a pool, seating area, and table and chairs. We enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood, trips to Phil Foster Park, Riviera beach, Loggerhead Marine Center, and local restaurants. The owners were such a pleasure and provided local points of interest.
