The property location made it easy to walk Old Town or drive to DC, Arlington and Mount Vernon. The hosts were very helpful and exceedingly accommodating.

Helena promptly answered all questions about location, check-in and parking. The rental is immaculate and beautifully maintained - and truly in the heart of OT. Make sure you treat yourself to Benyas and Fresh Baguette, both a two-block walk away as well as Jenni's Ice Cream!

We stayed here for a family wedding that was nearby. Could not have been happier. So easy to walk around everywhere during our free-time to some great bars and restaurants, but still really quiet and comfortable once you are in the apartment. Also really convenient on and off the highway for when we needed to head out of town. Would stat here again in a second!

Beautifully restored, well located house

This site is wonderful. It is 2 blocks away from King St, but walking the surrounding streets is like going back to the 18th century with the beautiful Federalist architectures and well preserved structures. The house itself has been fully remodeled and each room is very tasteful and modern. They have done a wonderful job with the amount of space available. Helena is a fanstastic host and the entire process was well communicated and simple. I strongly recommend, especially for those attending trade shows that do not want to stay in National Harbor's boring hotels and worse food. Do yourself a favor and eat at Vermillion or Majestic Cafe and drink at Old Hat Bar. And walk around.

I have always loved Old Town ever since I was a teenager growing up in the area. I love the Old Town homes character and rich history. I started as a business entrepreneur and investing in several properties, renovating them and turning them into furnished rentals.
I am proud to say that I was one of the first pioneers of hosting Executive Level furnished homes in Old Town almost 20 years ago before VRBO, Airbnb or any other furnished rental properties existed here in the Historical District of Old Town.

I love hearing from our guests. So many were returning guests, they loved staying in our properties and several of our guests loved Old Town experience so much that they made a permanent moves to Old Town and became homeowners. Two of them are our neighbors now and we are still keeping in close touch😊

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our property is circa 1830's building, later a big addition was added to the building in the 90's which makes our property very unique with one level living. You don't have to go up and down different levels to get to rooms which makes our property very unique in Old Town standards.
Person in charge of housekeeping our properties since 2006, is Ana. She is dedicated and tireless in keeping our properties clean and spotless for guests to enjoy during their stay. Our guests deserve to know, and be comforted, that we ensure our properties are exceptionally clean.
