House Rules during and after your stay:

1. **Trash Disposal**: Please take out the trash to the dumpster located in the parking lot during your stay and when you check out.

2. **Quiet Hours**: Quiet hours are from **7 AM to 11 PM** daily, as this is a shared apartment community. Please be respectful of the tenants living in other units.

3. **No Parties or Loud Music**: No parties, gatherings, or loud music are allowed. We aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone.

4. **Check-Out Procedure**: Before you leave, please ensure all lights, TVs, and the thermostat are turned off.

5. Make sure to do a final inspection before you leave the unit to make sure you don`t leave anything behind.

6. If you were given keys at checkin, please leave keys on the counter before you depart.

7. When you`re ready to leave make sure to lock the front door behind you and if possible to reach out to us that you have departed the unit so we can make note.

Pet Policy:

• Pets are not allowed to stay on the patio or anywhere outside on the property unattended.

• No eating or pottying on the patio or front door as this attracts pests. Extra cleaning will result in additional charges billed back to guest beyond standard cleaning fees.

• Report any accidents inside the home immediately so we can address stains promptly. Extra charges will be billed back to the guest for pet related damage or deep cleaning.

• Dogs must be leashed at all times when walking out on the property

You might be asked to leave or pay additional fees for not following these rules, depending on the situation.
