The Space:
As you arrive to the gated property, you'll take in the serene exterior and large trees. The newly remodeled 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home effortlessly combines modern luxury with a welcoming atmosphere, offering accommodations for up to 12 guests. As soon as you walk in, the home feels bright and airy, with natural light streaming through large windows. The back of the house hosts an outdoor paradise - whether you're in the mood to swim, dine, or unwind, there’s something for everyone.

There’s lots to do outdoors on the property including:
- Take a refreshing dip in the (unheated) pool or soak in the hot tub
- Grill up some delicious meals on the outdoor BBQ (propane is provided)
- Relax next to the pool on lounge chairs and enjoy an ice cold drink
- Gather around the fire pit
- All bedrooms have soothing ambiance and relaxing paint colors.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the property and its amenities. You will not be able to access the barn on site.

Getting Around:
You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.

Parking is available onsite.

From the property you can easily drive to the nearby towns:
La Grange - 10 minutes
Fayetteville - 23 minutes
Round Top - 22 minutes

Other Things to Note:
No Tolerance Policy: Underage drinking and parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave immediately, and no refunds will be issued.

Age Requirements: Must be 25+ to rent this home. *This is not a working farm.

Pre-Arrival Requirements: As part of our guest screening process, a copy of your ID will be requested after your reservation is confirmed. You will also need to sign a rental agreement prior to your stay.

Accident Protection: When you book with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for accidental damages up to $5,000 with an added fee of $79 included in your total. Full coverage details are provided in the rental agreement. This coverage applies to all bookings.

Security and Liability Notice: External cameras are installed at the front door, side door, pool area, and driveway for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. Hosts may monitor external cameras via a secure smartphone app. Cameras must not be tampered with or covered under any circumstances.
