Welcome to our forest retreat located in the community of Chic Shack Les Laurentides. This luxury chalet offers the best of both worlds: a secluded setting surrounded by nature, yet conveniently located just 20 minutes from Mont-Tremblant Village, the ski resort, and local attractions, and only 15 minutes from Saint-Jovite. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it provides the perfect retreat for enjoying Tremblant's year-round activities while nestled in one of its most exclusive neighbourhoods.
Upon entering this home, you’ll be greeted by the open concept space featuring the impressive A-frame ceiling. Cozy up by the gas fireplace and stream your favourite movies while you gather on the couches. The large windows and sliding patio doors provide bright natural light and easy access to the deck with a gas BBQ and muskoka chairs. The living room’s gas fireplace wraps around to the outdoors so you can stay warm while you lounge under the stars. There is also a private circular sauna outdoors for guests to enjoy après-ski!
Kitchen
The modern and spacious kitchen is equipped with the most state of the art smart appliances, cookware, and bakeware, convenient for when you're not dining at one of the popular local restaurants. Enjoy your meals in the connected dining area or on the patio. For your morning brews, we have a Nespresso coffee machine with pods provided in limited quantities.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This home has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Bedroom #1 offers a King bed and private ensuite bathroom with a European shower. Bedroom #2 has a King bed and full ensuite with a tub and European shower. Upstairs in the mezzanine, bedroom #3 features two Queen size beds and a workplace area. The half bathroom is also located in the mezzanine.
Laundry
You are welcome to use our washer and dryer during your stay, and laundry supplies are provided for your convenience.

Ce chalet de luxe offre le meilleur des deux mondes : un endroit isolé entouré de nature, mais situé à seulement 20 minutes du village de Mont-Tremblant, de la station de ski et des attractions locales, et à seulement 15 minutes de Saint-Jovite. L'espace
En entrant dans cette maison, vous serez accueilli par l'espace ouvert avec l'impressionnant plafond en forme de cadre en A. Installez-vous confortablement près du foyer au gaz et regardez vos films préférés en vous installant sur les canapés. Les grandes fenêtres et les portes-fenêtres coulissantes offrent une lumière naturelle éclatante et un accès facile à la terrasse dotée d'un barbecue à gaz et de chaises muskoka. La cheminée à gaz du salon s'étend jusqu'à l'extérieur pour que vous puissiez rester au chaud pendant que vous vous prélassez sous les étoiles. Il y a également un sauna circulaire privé à l'extérieur pour les invités qui veulent profiter de l'après-ski !
Cuisine
La cuisine moderne et spacieuse est équipée d'appareils électroménagers intelligents, d'ustensiles de cuisine et de cuisson dernier cri, ce qui est pratique si vous ne dînez pas dans l'un des restaurants populaires de la région. Dégustez vos repas dans la salle à manger connectée ou sur le patio. Pour vos infusions matinales, nous mettons à votre disposition une machine à café Nespresso avec des dosettes fournies en quantités limitées.
Chambres et salles de bains
Cette maison dispose de 3 chambres spacieuses et de 2,5 salles de bains. La chambre 1 dispose d'un lit King et d'une salle de bains privative avec douche européenne. La chambre 2 dispose d'un lit King et d'une salle de bain complète avec baignoire et douche européenne. À l'étage, dans la mezzanine, la chambre 3 dispose de deux lits Queen ainsi qu’un espace de travail. La demi-salle de bains se trouve également dans la mezzanine.
Buanderie
Vous pouvez utiliser la laveuse et la sécheuse pendant votre séjour, et des produits pour la lessive sont fournis pour votre commodité.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the police, or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.

If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
