The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you may need throughout your stay with us, ensuring a level of convenience that we're sure you will appreciate, complete with its own private balcony space for you to enjoy all to yourself.
Free WiFi is provided and fresh towels and custom made linens are supplied.
Bathrooms feature L'occitane soaps and shampoos.
Free parking is also available in the building for your convenience.
Guest Access:
The property includes a secure, reinforced safe room (Mamad) available for use during emergencies.
The Neighborhood:
Surrounded by Tel Aviv’s caf és and restaurants, with a beautiful beach promenade and set in a very quiet neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Arrival instructions and check-in code will be sent prior to check-in.
Other Things to Note:
*The guest must supply a photo of the entry slip (B2 SLIP) before the check in, in order to avoid a VAT charge of 18%.
*As part of the terms and conditions, a security deposit of 10,000 NIS will be secured by placing a hold (authorization) on your credit card. This hold will only reserve the amount on your credit limit and will not charge or debit your card unless there is damage or a violation of the terms. The deposit hold will be placed upon check-in and not before, even if the booking was made well in advance. If no claims are made, the hold will be released automatically within 7 days from the date it was placed.
