***IMPORTANT: Steep slope for parking; a 4x4 vehicle is required in winter.

The chalet is located about 1 hour's drive from Quebec City and 3 hours from Montreal. There's a small village with convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants and other essential services just minutes before you arrive at Le Massif du Sud!

• Respect for the neighborhood is expected at all times.
• Parties and loud events are not allowed.
• Guests must comply with the house rules posted inside the chalet.
