He is an outgoing guy that loves nature, contemporary arts and a passion for interior design. He is a fun-filled guy that is thorough and believe in fine details.

The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and safe and the property is 5min walk to the Sugar Land Beach and 10min drive to the iconic No. 2 River Beach and 12 min drive to the Lumley Beach. The neighbourhood is close to host of other nice beaches, restaurants and shopping centres along the Peninsular main road. The property is less than 200 meters from the main road hence access to public transport is always available. The apartment is also operating car rental.
