Completamente remodelado con acabados de lujo.

Privado y espacioso, Parkside 102 es su escapada en la ciudad. Justo al lado de Main Street en el histórico Telluride, Parkside # 102 tiene un excelente acceso a todas las festividades que Town tiene para ofrecer. El parque de la ciudad está a media cuadra (creo que los festivales de verano), el servicio de transporte de esquí (el ganso al galope!) se detiene justo en la esquina, ¡y los senderos para caminar / andar en bicicleta te rodean! Todas las tiendas, teatros y restaurantes están a un paseo. La sala de estar, junto con la cocina y el comedor, tienen calefacción por suelo radiante. Hay una acogedora chimenea de gas de piedra para calentar los dedos de los pies en las noches frías de invierno. El televisor de pantalla plana grande en la sala de estar y el televisor inteligente de 40 pulgadas en el segundo dormitorio están disponibles para su entretenimiento en el hogar.

Fuera del área de comedor y a través de dos puertas de vidrio gigantes hay un patio cubierto al aire libre para ver pasar la escena de Telluride. La cocina tiene encimeras de cuarzo con hermosos electrodomésticos y está totalmente equipada para el cocinero gourmet de la multitud. La Master Suite tiene una cama King size con una ducha de vapor. Great Family Getaway

Great location in town and is right next to the park for easy access to the Blues and Brews festival. The condo was well-equipped and comfortable. Master had a steam feature in the shower that was enjoyed, as was the hot tub on the roof! Look forward to returning to this location!

Terrific property near Town Park

The property was clean and spacious, very well located just at the east end of the downtown area. The kitchen was unusually well-equipped (the knives were even sharp!). It was quiet at night even with the bedroom windows open. There was a minor issue with one of the TVs which wasn't resolved during our short stay but the owner and property manager were both on the case. I'd happily stay there again.

Excellent stay

We absolutely loved this home . No detail Left undone for our comfort. Spotless clean and roomy. The beautiful kitchen is stocked with everything a novice or gourmet cook would need. Both bedrooms are so tasteful decorated and bedrooms have comfortable mattresses . There is plenty of space for my group of three adults . The view from condo can’t be beat and for staying close to festival was only a walk across the street . The Galloping Goose stops right in front of condo . We parked the car and walked easily to everything. You can’t go wrong with these accommodations. I would love to stay here again .

Great for families.

The condo is very comfortable and convenient. The open concept living and kitchen space downstairs is well laid out and equipped, and the 2 bedrooms feature beds and linens that are warm and inviting. We also loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in town. The only downsides- the condo did not have a broom to easily sweep up the messes our toddlers made while eating (but it did have a dustpan) or a shovel to clear out the rental car from the 2+ feet of snow we received (thankfully, I was able to use the saucer-shaped sled that was in the front closet).

We will replace the broom that obviously walked out of the unit recently and purchase a snow shovel as additional backup to the snow removal services provided by our Condominium Association and the City of Telluride. We really appreciate feedback that helps us improve the quality of your stay.

Poor care of 102

Broken window - held together with blue tape Hot water valve broken and reported but not fixed No soap or shampoo in bathroom which is fine but guests should know in advance. Our friends did not have hot water in bathroom sink! I reported it but nothing done!! Hot water would of run for four days

We are unsure of who this guest reached out to but they did not contact us through VRBO or by phone/text during their stay at the numbers we provided. Our local cleaning people have ensured us that there were both large soap and shampoo dispensers in each bathroom. The bathroom sink hot water problem turned out to be a kinked supply line and took only 3 minutes to fix once we knew about it. The window crank is broken and waiting on repair parts. In the meantime, we have taped off the crank to prevent it from being opened while unable to close it again. Again, we are sorry this guest had a bad experience as we strive to make ourselves available during guest stays. My personal phone number is listed in our VRBO listing and on all our communications with guests.

Downtown Gem

Our family and 2 dogs couldn't have stayed at a better location. This property is across the street from the park, and river path, ideal for multiple walks and dog play during our stay! It was only a short walk to the gondola for our ski adventures. The house has 2 separate bedrooms with on-suite baths and a daybed with rollaway in an upstairs nook. It comfortably accommodated our entire family. The main floor living area is spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The cherry on top would have been if the hot tub was working during our stay....but not the listers fault as it is shared by all the tenants in the building.

A true home away from home

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful holiday here! The unit is much bigger and nicer than the pictures lead on. It’s very lovely and the kitchen is wonderful! The steam shower is just what is needed after a day on the slopes. We would most definitely stay here again!

Great location and good amenities

This location is perfect if you have a dog because the City Park is right across the street and the host provides pet amenities (towels and kennel). The place had nice amenities and was very clean. The upstairs master bedroom was very warm at night though; even with no heat on and with 40 degree nights, we had to open the window fully and turn on the fan for it to be cool enough to sleep comfortably. I definitely recommend this place for those traveling with pets!

Best in Telluride

Have been going to telluride for the last 15 years and this was our favorite place to stay hands down. The location was amazing and the condo was high end, very well decorated, the beds were so comfy, and the owners supplied absolutely everything. It was immaculate and very comfortable for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. It was at the quiet end of Main Street across the street from the park. It could not have been more perfect. I will always stay on this side of town now. We walked everywhere however the bus stop is literally right out your door. It was a pleasure to have the park and walking trails and hikes also at your front door. There was an incredible roof top private hot tub only for the the units in the building but we never shared it with anyone. I cannot say enough about this unit. We were so sad to leave. I would always choose this as our number one choice, there just isn’t any place that could be better. The owners were always very quick to respond from booking to leaving. It made the whole experience that much better, super smooth. I can’t rave enough about it. It was Perfect!!!!!!!

Condo owner provided clear instructions, responded quickly to questions, helped with anything needed and allowed us to check in an hour early. Condo and hot tub were great too.

Great location, awesome views

The location was perfect, right on the path of the shuttle that picks you up on the corner. It’s also walkable to gondola. The rooftop (shared) hot tub has an awesome view of the mountain. Place is clean and priced right. I would stay here again.
