Featuring two large bedrooms, a beautiful brand new kitchen with quartz countertops and a large island, a gorgeous bathroom with stone tiled walk-in shower, and bright sunny exposure. This rental includes free bicycles for up to two guests!

The unit was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and it was well appreciated. We were close to many restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The bike riding in Sanibel is fantastic. The bikes provided worked flawlessly. The bike paths are so well laid out and made getting around easy. Parked the car when we got there and didn’t move it till we left. Perfect vacation

A great place in a fantastic location with coffee/ice cream shop, a nice deli with breakfast and lunch offerings, and a great restaurant, all within a short walk. In addition, a short walk to the beach on either side of the island and close to the lighthouse. The bikes were free but in rough shape. The garbage dumpster was overflowing and a bit gross, but I suspect that was not the owner's fault. The hostess was very responsive and checked in several times. Overall, the great stay and would definitely stay there again.

The suite was spotless upon arrival, and was very comfortable for the two of us. The renovations are very attractive - flooring, kitchenette, bathroom ... all are perfect. We appreciated the great mattresses, both in the main bedroom and in the bunk bed: nice and firm, giving excellent back support. We also were very grateful for a terrific AC system that kept the suite at an optimal temperature. The host is responsive and considerate, replying swiftly to the one or two questions we had. The suite is located just a short walk from Lighthouse Beach, which is fantastic. We collected a wide variety of shells, watched pelicans, ospreys, and dolphins fishing, and saw a splendid sunset.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay! Condo was the perfect size for a family of 3-4 people. We loved it! Property is close to the stores and the beach. The on-property bikes were fun to ride around the island. Our host checked in on us, which was nice. We will definitely be back!

This place did not live up to the photos. Def not newly renovated, shower door didn’t close so water was everywhere, mildew in corners. Landlord special paint over all the walls, most light sockets didn’t work, no door on “2nd” bedroom which was a glorified closet. Bunk bed swayed with the push of one finger. Marks all over walls. Sand under the bed. Host ghosted me and VRBO refused refund I agreed to pay for the one night we stayed.

Nice place/location

Our unit was clean and comfortable and contained items we needed upon arrival. The outside grounds a little messy but not a problem for us. Wish I had known it was on a second floor with a lot of stairs. (I may have missed that in the description) Having a couple of restaurants right there was nice. Beach close enough to walk. We were pleased to find beach in the closet. Our host was responsive.

This area is great in Sanibel to walk to beach, restaurant, deli, shops. The updating of property is nice. Communication was great. We stayed in 2 and there are quite a few steps.
