The penthouse is located on Cachoeira do Bom Jesus beach, known for its calm waters and natural beauty.
Guests will have access to a differentiated, modern, organized, very well equipped, excellently located and secure place.
The 316m² property has three suites, a living room with TV, a large indoor area with bbq grill, pizza oven, TV and pool table, as well as an outdoor area with swimming pool and sea views. All rooms have AC SPLIT.

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
