Nob Hill is one of San Francisco's original "city of seven hills," known for its opulent history as a 19th-century "nobs" (magnates) neighborhood. This brilliant property feature's a cozy suite, a homage to the Golden age of Hollywood cinema. Queen bed w/ private ensuite bathroom. Amenities, heating, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, hotel sheets & towels. Guests will feel right at home while inside this 4 story mini-mansion, with cozy living room. A lovely place to call home while your visiting the city by the bay, we hope you enjoy your stay.


We love welcoming guests to our property and want you to feel comfortable during your stay. We are always happy to chat, share local recommendations, or assist with anything you might need to make your visit more enjoyable. In accordance with the STR regulations in San Francisco, this is a hosted property whereby the host resides on site while guests enjoy full privacy.

The host was amazing. He introduced me to San Francisco with history and great places to eat and drink coffee. His interaction with his guest was above amazing. I will stay here again. The room was perfect. Thank you for a great visit.

Couldn’t have found a better place!

Stayed here for the Outside Lands festival in Golden Gate Park, very accommodating and easy to get to the train from here using the trolley! Host is very gracious and friendly, will reach out again if I’m ever in town!

The property is beautiful; the room was clean, comfortable and just right for a brief weekend stay in The City. The Host was personable, friendly, helpful and hospitable. All in all, I couldn't have expected a better experience.

this place was 5 stars all the way V the house manager was the best and know everyone he even took me on the 25 cent tour he's friendly helpful. I would definitely stay here again and it was great for public transportation the street car goes right up the street and you can get anywhere you want in about 30mins

My wife and I were in San Francisco for a concert and thought this place, for two days, would be perfect. The residence itself was charming, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. That being said, the directions upon arrival did not come through and was slightly confusing. I did not know to add via WhatsApp so when I tried to call the host, I did not get an answer, and we were at the airport for an hour longer than necessary. Additionally, the "house rules" were a little over the top. No shoes, no food allowed in the rooms, don't touch the walls, reserve the dining room to eat are among the main ones. We felt that we were constantly being watched throughout our visit. V is very knowledgeable about the city, but when he showed us our room, he shut the door behind us, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Additionally, the next morning, we used the dining room and were locked in as there were no door handles to open the door on the dining room side. Unfortunately, this was not a great overall experience for us, and V, instead of making us feel welcome, made us feel managed and incredibly uneasy.

Great Stay!

I had a great stay at this VRBO. It’s very clean and a great location. The host has many recommendations for food and drink and knows the city very well. One thing to note is that you can hear others conversations from the rooms. This wasn’t a problem since I wasn’t there very often and the times I could hear people were during normal hours. One evening when I wasn’t feeling well and trying to rest, I could hear music playing very loudly from a phone or computer. I reached out to the host and he addressed right away. I would certainly recommend this VRBO.
