The area is well served by the public transit system, which operates bus or streetcar routes on Carlaw, Jones, Greenwood, Coxwell, and Eastern Avenues, as well as Queen and Gerrard Streets, and can get you downtown in a few minutes.

• The unit is on the second floor and accessible by a staircase with approximately 18 steps.

This place was absolutely wonderful. Immaculately clean! We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was fully equipped and made cooking easy and enjoyable, which we really appreciated. The space itself was warm and cozy, with a nice fireplace that added such a comforting touch. Communication with the host was absolutely effortless and incredibly fast, which made us feel secure, comfortable and completely at ease throughout our stay. An 11 out of 10 experience if that were an option. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

It's been a long while since I stayed at a Airbb type property, got tired of paying for cleaning fees and then asked to clean the place before we leave.The host had been great with Q&A before our arrival.When we opened the front door the communal hallway and I asked myself " have I booked another sh*thole again?once we went inside the flat, the answer was an emphatic no, the flat was well decorated, clean, pleasant and smelt lovely, I can only presume the grease and dirt was from the BBQ shop and KFC on either side.The flat was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.The host Ryan, was friendly and always on the other end of the line if you ever needed any assistance.The flat is situated on a busy road so if you are from a quiet environment, you may take time getting use to the noise.

The fire place was nice even though it was electric. The bed was comfortable.The floor in the hallway felt like I was going to fall through.There are dressers in the bedrooms, but are unusable. All the storage spaces are filled with linens and whatnot.The staircase is very narrow.It snowed while I was there, like 15cm or so, there was no snow removal. The parking lot is also shared be quite a few properties.
