This is an amazing house with all the amenities you could possibly dream of; located in the center of town and walking to everything. Our host Loyd has thought of everything to make your visit feel like you’re home. We are already looking at future dates to come back here! Thank you Loyd for sharing your home!

Family event

In town from out of state for a long weekend attending a baby shower for our daughter. Granville is charming and the location of the house is perfect. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The only snafu was the check-in. The code to the door did not work. Was unable to contact the owner via text & phone call. Once I got thru to customer service, the owner called me immediately. He was very apologetic and helpful and we were able to enter the home with no further issues. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Loyd’s house in downtown Granville, Ohio, was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Loyd went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel not just like guests but like old friends. Its location in downtown Granville couldn’t be better—whether you’re exploring the charming town or visiting a child at Denison University, this is the ideal place to stay. Everything is within easy reach, yet the home remains peaceful and inviting.What truly made this trip unforgettable, however, was Loyd himself. By the end of our stay, he wasn’t just a fantastic host; he had become a lifelong friend. Look no further if you’re looking for a place with heart, comfort, and a host who truly cares. This is an absolute gem, and we can’t wait to return!

We have stayed in Loyd's VRBO more than once and he is always very welcoming and great about communicating. House is charming and has lots of space for our large family. Very close proximity to downtown Granville - within walking distance.
