While we strive to replace any furniture with similar items to those shown in the photos, some pieces may differ from what is pictured due to updates or replacements.

Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, and free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 4 cars), coffee, washing machine, and dryer.

The neighborhood around this house is called Liberty City. It is a residential neighborhood with a mix of single-family homes, apartment buildings, and businesses. The neighborhood is home to a diverse population, including people of African American, Hispanic, and Caribbean descent.

Liberty City is located about 6 miles north of downtown Miami. It is bordered by NW 79th Street to the north, NW 27th Avenue to the south, NW 13th Street to the east, and NW 15th Avenue to the west.

The neighborhood is home to a number of schools, parks, and businesses. Some of the notable businesses in Liberty City include the Liberty City Marketplace, the Liberty City Community Center, and the Liberty City Library.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit Card.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
**Quiet hours are from 7 pm to 7 am**

Before your arrival, please be aware that a security deposit of $1,000 will be required.

For local residents and bookings made within 7 days of arrival, the security deposit will be $2,500. For March bookings there will be an additional $1000 USD security deposit. Please note that security deposits cannot be paid by credit card.

Moreover, 2-night bookings are subject to an extra security deposit requirement.

Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.


A fee of $1,000 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
