We stayed here for two weeks and it was the perfect home base for our family. The house was spacious enough for four adults and a child to live comfortably without feeling cramped. Being able to bring our dog, Cocoa, made a world of difference—the 'Dog-Friendly' label is accurate and the pet fee was very reasonable for a 14-night stay. The location in Sammamish is peaceful and well-situated. Highly recommend for families looking for a quiet, reliable place to stay.

We needed a space that could comfortably fit all 9 of us, and this home was absolutely perfect! The location is in a beautiful, quiet, & safe area. I only wish we could've stayed longer than 4 days to fully enjoy the house. Lots of parking spaces, and the main kitchen is spacious, perfect for family gatherings. Our host, Rina, was wonderful! She responded to all my questions in less than an hour and made the entire experience seamless. We would definitely book again if the opportunity comes up.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The home has a large backyard and is in a quiet neighborhood near outdoor attractions. Family-friendly home in the woods

Our family had a wonderful time at this home surrounded by lush lawn and woodsy forest. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. The hosts are amazing! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are cozy. Everything was in perfect working order. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a yard featuring a hammock, porch swing and lovely seating. We enjoyed exploring nearby parks and being close to shops, restaurants and cafes while still being far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

This home was perfect for our family of 6 to spread out in! The downstairs "mother in law" unit was especially nice for our teens. The huge yard featured bunnies, deer, a nest full of eggs which hatched while we were there, a seasonal creek, and fire pit for smores. There's a park across the street and another right around the corner. It's close to Starbucks, groceries, Pine Lake (good for swimming or kayaking...or another playground!), and 40 mins from Seahawks and Mariners stadiums. We appreciated that the house had AC for the 90* heat wave while there. Owner was super communicative and helpful We'd love to come back to this place again as it's just minutes from our extened family.
