Everything about the place was well thought out. The high ceilings make it feel bigger than it is and the individual HVAC units work well to keep the rooms comfortable. Kitchen was well-supplied. ( but need more than one ice cube tray). Great coffee selection . Thank you!

Perhaps the BEST stay ever for us at a VBRO! Nathan and Michelle have quite literally thought of everything to make this a truly enjoyable place to stay. Condo was very clean and exactly how described. Nathan was delightful to work with and we appreciated his communication and allowing us an accommodation that we had asked for. A wonderful week's stay! Was just my adult daughter and I in town, but we could have easily fit our family of four in this condo. From the host's excellent communication, the location, the cleanliness of the condo, I give it five stars. The condo is so nicely decorated, cozy, and very well stocked...no detail is missed, down to snacks as you arrive, cozy throw blankets for movie watching, extra bathroom odds and ends in case you forgot something. If we are in Spokane again, we'll definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, elevated amenities, well stocked kitchen , beautiful finishes

Highly recommend this property. We traveled to Spokane from NY to meet our new granddaughter and this was the perfect place to relax together , grill together , and meet up before we went out hiking and to some breweries etc . We loved the private patio. Host was very communicative.

10 out of 10. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Nathan was great with communication throughout the entire process. The place was very clean, and had everything you could think of (and more) available to us. My daughter especially enjoyed the little snack basket on the counter. :) Location was perfect for our weekend, and really enjoyed the quiet residential neighborhood setting.

The property is a little nondescript on the outside but very nice and comfortable on the inside. Everything was very clean and tidy. Communication with the owners was also terrific.

Perfect Family Condo / GU Graduation Weekend

Everything we needed in a very cozy, extra clean condo when our original booking fell through at the last minute - only weeks before my daughter’s college graduation at Gonzaga University. Hosts Nick & Michelle were fabulous and even left us a very thoughtful & gracious goodie basket and congratulatory note celebrating our daughter’s accomplishment. It was an easy drive from location to all of Spokane’s main attractions, restaurants and Spokane Arena where the festivities took place. Would highly recommend and would stay again. :)

A convenient yet peaceful neighborhood

Everything was perfect. The house was roomy, clean, well designed, and well-kept. Generous supplies of all necessities and conveniences--towels and other bathroom items, kitchen cookware and eating and drinking supplies, spices, cooking oil, snacks, etc. Good TV and Wi-Fi. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were roomy. We used the house as a base of operations for a WSU graduation, and even the drive from Spokane to Pullman was scenic (although getting there by 7:30 am was a bit of a pain). But that didn't detract from our experience. My wife said summed up our visit best: "I'd come back here (over four hours from our Puget Sound area home) just to stay in this place again."

Comfortable and accommodating

Our stay here was wonderful and host was very accommodating. Everything is clean and new. Very comfortable beds, pillows and linens. Bedrooms had dressers, plenty of closet space and outlets/USB for charging devices. Lots of towels and bathroom necessities supplied. Kitchen stocked for cooking. Was freshly cleaned and spotless upon arrival. It’s a condo so there are neighbors that can be heard but it was not disturbing. Check in and check out was simple. Host was very responsive and took care of any questions and additional needs we had. Felt right at home and would’ve loved to stay longer!
