Welcome to Radium Hot Springs!
Top Floor and gorgeous views with an electric fire place, makes for a cozy home. The condo is the entire top floor of the building (2,300 Sq. Ft) with no one above you or next to you. It is a very large condo with a lot of space for your guests to find some quiet space if they wish. There are three short flights of stairs to the unit which give you great views from the top floor. You have 360 views from this penthouse with 3 balconies.
The condo has 9' ceilings throughout and a vaulted ceiling in the living space (approximately 16' ceiling height) which makes the condo feel even bigger. Very roomy as a five bedroom condo, you will not be disappointed.
We welcome you to enjoy your home away from home. We have new living room furniture (leather couches/chairs that are modern with wood accent tables).
There is a fridge with ice and water dispenser in the door. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need (tea towels, pots, pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker with permanent coffee filter, espresso machine, kettle, cutlery, plates, glassware, mugs, knives, cutting board, large bowls and little storage containers, etc...)
The soothing mineral-rich warm water of Radium Hot Springs is only 5 minute drive away with the stunning Rocky Mountain scenery combine to relax tired muscles and bring peace of mind.

The village of Radium Hot Springs is a short 12 minute walk from the condo on a paved side walk. You will most likely pass big horned sheep along the way as they are regularly crossing right by the condo. Make sure to take your cameras!
You have the condo to yourself and will be given a building and door code which will allow you 24hrs access during your stay.
We will send you the access code to the condo so you can enter anytime and come and go as you please.
You will no doubt see big horn sheep walking around the condo and relaxing on the grass so get your cameras ready.
The condo is a short walk or drive to the main town shops, restaurants and bars. You are a short drive to the hot springs.
