As a courtesy, free of charge, the pool is heated up to 88 degrees (Oct-April). Please note that during cold nights/days, the water may not be able to reach 88 degrees. Pool floats and toys are available for guest use and located in the storage in the pool area.”

There is an additional charge of $30 for use of the outdoor BBQ grill that goes to the cleaners and the purchase of propane.

The Utopia is located within the gated Bella Vida Resort, just 12 miles from Disney World. Guests will access the townhouse using a keypad with a unique code, which is active only during their reservation. Once inside, you will have full access to the property, except for three locked supply closets. There is one shared wall with the adjoining townhome. To enter the community and townhouse, guests must complete registration and sign a liability agreement during the check-in process.
