PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
Amazon, FedEx, and UPS deliveries are permitted. However, the HOA does not allow USPS deliveries. Please provide the full address, and the HOA will authorise the delivery. We do not take responsibility for receiving packages. Make sure you are present on the delivery date. If you are not home at the time of delivery, they will leave the package at the door.

FORGOTTEN ITENS POLICY:
If we locate a forgotten item, we will be happy to assist the guest in arranging its return. However, we cannot take responsibility for forgotten personal items, their recovery, or any potential losses during the process. We strongly recommend that all guests thoroughly check all areas of the property before leaving, including drawers, closets, under the beds, inside bedding, and other potential hiding spots.
If the item is found, we will contact you. The guest can either pick it up personally or choose to have it sent via postal service, subject to a $30 fee + applicable taxes and shipping costs.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The following starter supplies are provided in the unit
*We provide linens that are already professionally made and on bed waiting for you to rest after a fun filled day in Florida.
*One bath towel, one face towel per paid guests, and one hand towel per bathroom.
*Starter supply of toilet paper in every bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, every shower has shampoo/conditioner and body wash, hand soap at every sink. Please bring more if needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

POOL HEATER:
Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near 65F and below temperatures. No reimbursements or refunds provided for pool heat.**Heating of pool & spa is available for $35/day plus taxes and must be rented for the entire stay.

GRILL:
BBQ Grill rental is $70USD + taxes for the length of your stay and it includes 1 propane tank + final cleaning - Minimum rental for the entire stay.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in front of curb. Must be in closed bags or it will not be picked up or you may put trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. Community may fine you if trash is not in closed bags.
