Historic Firehouse converted to a 2-bedroom welcoming Downtown Chandler

Stay comfortably in a historic industrial building that used to store firetrucks for Chandler Arizona. Building has been converted into 2 separate units So you can have privacy if you rent one unit or rent out both units to be with your friends at the same time. Property boast a large patio which is shared with both units there is plenty of seating to enjoy the summer nights. Citrus trees in lush grass area where you can help your self to a orange or lemons. take a stroll to down town chandler where there is plenty of night life full of bars, restaurants, eclectic shops and comedy clubs. Spend the day at San Marcos Golf course or the Chandler Center of Arts. If you are a early riser there is a wonderful farmers market as well, all within walking distance. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. This beautiful property offers plenty of space for guests as well as private parking for 1 vehicle as well as street parking. There is free wifi, bathroom amenities are provided and kitchenettes are stocked for light cooking. Enjoy all that Chandler has to offer when you stay at our place.

The property had everything we needed for our one night stay. The W&D in unit includes detergent and dryer sheets. The large bathroom has plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen is well equipped, however be mindful there is no stove but the double hot plate suffices. It was nice being able to park off street and under a roof with a gate. There was a cute patio to relax and enjoy the outside. There is also a quant little park nearby in the neighborhood.The only issue we ran into was the cleanliness of certain elements of the unit. Benjamin was apologetic and responsive, and was going to speak to the cleaning crew.We would recommend this property.

Punk Rock Weekend

Loved staying here. The neighborhood was wonderful to walk around and everything was convenient to get to. The space was beautiful and comfortable with everything needed for our stay. And the shower might be the best we've ever had! Perks of staying at a converted firehouse!! Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

What a great stay

This is a simple stay in the core right near downtown. We felt safe and had lots to see and do. It was super clean and lovely to sit on the patio outside in the evening. The host was responsive and great to work with. Beautiful.

The house was conveniently located to where we were going. There was no stove but we didn’t need to do any cooking so that didn’t matter to us. Overall it was exactly what we needed for our short trip to Chandler.

Cute and clean

We stayed in Chandler for the night to go to the Chandler Arts Center. It was a perfect place to stay. We walked to the center in a couple of minutes and had eating places within walking distance. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for the night. Will definitely stay again.

The Historic Firehouse was all the host said it would be as far as accommodations and necessities. While their was not a regular stove, the hot plate worked well. The patio was large enough to sit outside and enjoy a cold one!TV viewing was limited--would have helped if their was an anttenna for more viewing coverage.Gary

Unfortunately didnt get a chance to stay because the a.c. unit went out the day we were to check in. I gave 5 stars because of the concise communication on the part of the host regarding everything that was going on, and of course payment was refunded immediately. That type of customer service is truly appreciated and I definitely have plans to rent it in the future based on that alone!
