Overlooking historic Lake Eola, Orlando, you have all that Thornton Park has to offer at your fingertips. From fine dining, nightlife, the DR. Philips Center and much more.
Parking: There is 1 designated spot, if you have another car there will be an additional fee for it.
Private 2 bedroom condo with 1.5 bathrooms. It has a 58” flat screen tv, 2 queen size beds & sectional.
Owner lives in another unit in complex, so please be respecfful
It is in a downtown city area so please be aware that comes with city life including noise.
Lake Eola views within walking distance to all the restaurants, nightlife, downtown attractions including the Amway arena and the Dr. Philips Center.
Publix & convenient stores are around the corner. Lynx limo bus which is free goes to all the main attractions in the area. There's also the sunrail. Uber, zip car, lyft and taxis.
Accessibility: There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time.

Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for security. Info will not be shared. Please note that the lead Guest must sign the rental agreement and the ID supplied must contain the same name and address as the credit card provided for the booking. If the lead guest is not paying for the booking, the person who is paying must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID, and their name and address should match the name on the credit card. If this is not the case, the booking will be cancelled by the host.
