This is a fully private and independent lower level suite situated within a newly custom built home.

Our suite is the most luxurious and dramatic 1 bedroom suites you will find in the area.

Our 2100 square foot private 1 bedroom suite features several luxurious touches including:

◆ Fully heated tile floors throughout including heated bathroom floors.
◆ 14 feet high ceilings
◆ Ultra Luxurious kitchen
◆ Spa inspired bathroom
◆ Large Bedroom with a king bed
◆ Floor to ceiling fireplace

Please note that this is a raised basement meaning that 50% of it is above ground. This suite has an unprecedented ceiling height of 14 feet. Therefore, it does not feel like a basement.

LOCATION:
We are located near Bathurst and Steeles (North Toronto). The home backs into a forest/ravine offering lots of privacy. There is a beautiful trail nearby that takes you through the forest and to G Ross Park.

We are the following distance to these locations:

Pearson Airport - 25 minutes
Downtown Toronto - 40 minutes
York University - 15 minutes
Canada’s Wonderland - 20 minutes
Yorkdale Mall- 20 minutes
Sanofi - 2 minutes

It is recommended to come by car or use an Uber


Guests will have exclusive and private use of our 1 bedroom suite. There is a private entrance at the right side of the home. The designated parking space is also located on the right side of the driveway. This suite has its own private kitchen and laundry room as shown in the photos.

There is a small 3 member family living upstairs however they do NOT have access to this unit. They have their own private entrance as well. None of the amenities are shared. Please note that since this is a secondary unit, there can be some noise transfer during non sleeping hours

We do not ask our guests to clean and do not have a chore list.

To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure a clean home for all future guests to enjoy.

• Absolutely no parties or events.

• Max capacity is 2 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 2 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking.

• Absolutely no smoking of any kind.

• Must be 25+ years of age to book.

• No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.

• No pets/animals.
