Thanks for your review, it’s unfortunate that you felt you where mislead with the location of the Property. The address location clearly states the property is in Vasse. Busselton central town is a 10 min drive with public transport options available if you don’t wish to drive. Whilst the town centre is a 10min drive there are so many wonderful experiences to enjoy and explore within less than 5 minutes of the property. We would have gladly answered any location questions as locals for you, if you asked us before you booked if you couldn’t google your location and the surroundings and what the region has to offer. We are disappointed to hear that you felt all the beds where uncomfortable, our score rating on other booking platforms is a 9.6 for bed comfort! With overall ratings of 9.1 out of 10 and 4.9 out of 5. We will however test all the beds again to ensure they are great and if needed replace them immediately as we only want our guests to enjoy their sleep on their stay! From an owner’s point of view we allowed you to bring extra guests to stay at late notice and we allowed a pool to be put up for your children to enjoy over the Christmas period on our lawn. The house was left in a dirty and untidy condition; we wouldn’t recommend Michael to any other properties. We are sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay and truly hope if you holiday in the region again you have a wonderful time.
