Welcome to the Flamingo House! Newly renovated building in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge close to Old Spanish Town neighborhood, LA State Capital, and much more. Easy walking distance to all the highlights of the city including the Saturday morning Red Stick Farmers Market.

The Space:
*Early check in / late check out is an additional $30, subject to availability*

One queen bed and one full bathroom.
Sofa bed available for an extra 2 guests at additional cost (max occupancy of 4)
Fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer.
Apartment is located on the ground floor of a quadplex. Guests must be able to manage a small flight of stairs into the building.

Guest Access:
The apartment has a wifi enabled keypad. Custom codes for use during your stay will be generated and provided the morning of arrival

Raising Canes River Center - 3 minute drive
LA State Capital - 12 minute walk
River Center of Preforming Arts - 4 minute drive

Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES
1. This is a strict NO SMOKING residence. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside of the property or on property grounds. This includes cigarettes, vapes, weed (recreational and medicinal) and other substances. Guest are responsible for up to $1,000.00 in remediation costs if smoking occurs.

2. NO PARTIES. Parties are not allowed at this property. Please respect other residents in the building and be mindful of noise. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM.

3. There is a zero tolerance for any illegal and / or drug related activity occurring inside the property or on property grounds.

4. Guest will maintain the Property in a good and clean condition. Any damage to the property will be at the expense of the Guest to repair/replace the damaged item(s) to include stained or damaged bedding/linens.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Property occupancy limits are determined by the fire code and fire safety restrictions, as well as any local statutes or ordinances. All Guests are required to comply with the maximum occupancy limits applicable to the Property reserved.

You're welcome to reach out with a quick response between 5 AM and 9 PM (CST) week. Responses outside of these hours may be delayed. Please call for any emergencies.
