I'm kind of disappointed i got an 8 instead of 10 because felt it was small when the sq ftg was noted in the listing as 900 sq ft. 2 bedroom/1 bath plus photos provided not I'm glad you enjoyed you were pleased otherwise.

I'm so sorry that you were concerned about the neighborhood and bathroom. I do have the information about the bathroom in the listing as well as seen in photos. I will review the listing to be clearer if I need to. In regard to the neighborhood. That's nothing specific to our neighborhood. That is commonplace St. Louis, Mo. St. Louis is on the high end for crime, especially in the middle of the night and at gas stations as the entire basic parts of the city close early and has curfew for the youngins for that reason. Typically a community issue and non tourist related. This neighborhood is not next to the BP in reference but it is a few miles up the road and that BP is next to a major highway that runs from New York to St. Louis to Chicago to California which is why there is a police officer. It's to help you feel more secure & we are all halt they are there so we all have a safe place to go. I do understand your anxiety about the area of you aren't familiar with the city of St. Louis. It's a quiet street that everyone walks their dogs down the sidewalks and say hello. Not a scary place at all. Also back yard is fenced with 6 ft privacy on one side with elderly woman next door and the other side is 8 ft chainlink fence with privacy screen with a family. Both have security cameras the same as I and we all watch out for each other as we all can see almost all the way down the street. Didn't mean to sound like rant. Just want other guests to understand the environment they are reading about in this review. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed my home. We would love to have you back and hope you would feel safer the next time knowing it's not like it seemed and that's a norm in the entire city in all areas no matter where you book. The listing clearly says 2 bedrooms/2 beds. It says plus pack n play and child cots making it available for 5. Said also can sleep on sofa if you want... NOTHING about a futon available. Says sofa and that's the reason there is a sign in unit cause of people like you. There is no futon. The sofa has screws running thru the base voiding the futon because people were tearing up the furniture and wall. Like you said; your booking was for 4; not 5. In regard to a locked door and other people. The door you are referencing goes to the maintenance area and yes its a double sided locked access. The home is a multi family home converted several years ago and no direct link to you. There entrance is 100 feet away from yours on their own sidewalk with their own gate and their own address. My unit Clearly startes this other unit as well so if you heard plumbing early in the morning when maintenance was in the unit at the start of his work day then that's why as the listing states. You DIDN'T read it. Notice all the other guests that stayed before and after you DID. We spoke by messaging and none of this an issue till your Review. Your actual issue you didn't read the listing and you mad at yourself and you looked like a fool in front of your guests so you blamed me. Prayers for you to become a better; more honest person.
