- Game Room Fun: The basement is a hub of entertainment featuring a Ping-Pong table, foosball, arcade games, a wet bar, and a cozy seating area with a large smart TV for streaming or sports.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 25+ to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the stay

- Pet-Friendly: We welcome up to two dogs (30 lbs or less). No other types of pets are allowed.

-- Guests bringing dogs must notify us at the time of booking, and an additional cleaning fee will be applied at booking.

- Parking: Free parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway
