The Farmhouse Main Upper Level is a very nice place, appearing to be a recent renovation. It is perfect for small families needing two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Easy access at the rear of the house (up the hill) and locked off from the lower level suite. Concrete floors are very nice, and means there is no noise transfer between the two spaces. The kitchen is fantastic and VERY well stocked. Josh is a great host and easy to communicate with.Highly recommended, and will stay here again if we return to Williamsport.

The house was spectacular. First of all, the fact that there was a driveway to the back of the house was wonderful since that meant no steps to climb when unloading the car, The house was clean and spacious. The snacks ,fresh eggs, and drinks left by the owner were much appreciated after the 3 hr tdrive, The showers and bedrooms were both huge and air conditioned. The kitchen was well equipped for 6 people with a Kureig coffee maker and Kcups provided. There is only 1 TV which is in a room with one couch but we only watched it a short time in the mornings. The hot tub is very large and clean with easy access out the downstairs back door. The host was very responsive and answered our questions immediately via text or phone. The instruction sheet for the entire house was very easy to understand. We will definitely be reserving this house again next year.,if it is available.BTW we did visit the owners farm market which we highly recommend,

This is such a beautiful home... so warm, comforting, and inviting. We spent our first Christmas here after my husband passed away. Josh went above and beyond for us, providing a Christmas tree and allowing our friends to add some decorations. We felt welcome and at home.

We loved our stay at Josh’s place. It was a girls weekend and we spent time catching up by the fire and in the hot tub. The house was beautiful and very spacious. Everything you would need for a relaxing weekend was included. Full kitchen with snacks and a personal note from Josh. We even enjoyed the bacon and eggs from his farm for breakfast. Wegmans is a short drive away (10min.) for all your groceries needs and lots of bars, restaurants and shops in Williamsport made our stay perfect! We even had a chance to drive out to Josh’s farm on Saturday and enjoyed a drink from the tap room, the animals and course, buying more beef bacon to take home. Thanks for hosting us!

Spring Family Retreat

We just has the best trip filled with laughter, conversations, meals together, and relaxation. The house was comfortable for everyone to spread out and chill. The hot tub next to the fireplace was perfect for us. The kitchen and eating area was perfect for us to cook together and eat as a family. Josh was very helpful and checked in to offer recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We highly recommend stopping by his Today Farm & Market. The kids had an amazing experience interacting the animals that we will never forget.Thank you Josh and Melissa for everything!
