Enjoy a peaceful and tranquil setting on 27 acres in Montoursville.

This home was created with multi-family living in mind off of the footprint of the original farmhouse that was sited on the property. Enter your private lock-off upper level suite from the great room of the home that is includes a beautiful kitchen, living and dining areas and a nook for a home office. The primary bedroom suite includes a family room (that could be a 3rd bedroom), a 3/4 bathroom, a walk-in closet in the family room area and a secondary bedroom with a 3/4 bathroom.

Common areas for enjoyment include multiple covered patios, a hot tub and outdoor fireplace, a pond and acres of meadows and forest for hiking, walking or sledding. two-car attached garage and shared laundry room. Need more space? Rent the entire home and pair this suite with the Main Level Farmhouse Suite for an additional bedroom that sleeps 2.

Very spacious and quiet location. Host was very generous with snacks and drinks provided. Place was impeccably clean and furniture was in great shape. Bathrooms are large and well equipped. The kitchen was in order with plenty of cookware. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful girls night here, the hot tub and fireplace were just what we needed for a relaxing night away. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed, we were able to prepare breakfast before we departed, the host even left bacon and eggs for us to use. Overall it was a great place to stay.

This is such a beautiful home... so warm, comforting, and inviting. We spent our first Christmas here after my husband passed away. Josh went above and beyond for us, providing a Christmas tree and allowing our friends to add some decorations.We felt welcome and at home.

Great stay for the night!

Spacious house with great outdoor seating and fireplace! Host was very gracious and responded immediately with questions! He even left us delicious snacks & breakfasts with goodies from his farm.

Beautiful home and better hosts

The house is beautifully done and the hosts left the home well appointed with snacks, goodies, and all the amenities. They even invited us out the their farm where we had some really delicious food.

We loved our stay at Josh’s place. It was a girls weekend and we spent time catching up by the fire and in the hot tub. The house was beautiful and very spacious. Everything you would need for a relaxing weekend was included. Full kitchen with snacks and a personal note from Josh. We even enjoyed the bacon and eggs from his farm for breakfast. Wegmans is a short drive away (10min.) for all your groceries needs and lots of bars, restaurants and shops in Williamsport made our stay perfect! We even had a chance to drive out to Josh’s farm on Saturday and enjoyed a drink from the tap room, the animals and course, buying more beef bacon to take home. Thanks for hosting us!

Spring Family Retreat

We just has the best trip filled with laughter, conversations, meals together, and relaxation. The house was comfortable for everyone to spread out and chill. The hot tub next to the fireplace was perfect for us. The kitchen and eating area was perfect for us to cook together and eat as a family. Josh was very helpful and checked in to offer recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. We highly recommend stopping by his Today Farm & Market. The kids had an amazing experience interacting the animals that we will never forget.Thank you Josh and Melissa for everything!

No complaints! Our stay had everything we needed and more. We loved the farm fresh beef bacon & eggs in the fridge, addicting fresh made potato chips, local beers/seltzer on the counter to greet us. There was tons of sweet/salty snacks stocked in the kitchen, even dilly beans. Lots of tea & KCups and has nutribullet. The hot tub was clean, hot and ready to go. Location is perfect because it's out away from town but only 5-10 mins from major stores. The bed was very comfortable and had high quality cozy bedding. The heated floors were delightful. Beautiful bathrooms, the whole place was beautiful really. All the houseplants & natural light let you enjoy nature while being inside since it was cool out and we planned to hangout inside all weekend. There was wood out to be used by the outdoor fireplace by the hot tub. We listened to the fire crackle while sitting in the hot tub and had our dog's bed between the tub and the fireplace so he felt included. Technically there was someone in the lower half of the house but we did not see them and it did not interfere with our stay being in the top half of the house. The intent of this weekend getaway was to relax and do nothing but the welcome packet in the kitchen had info in lots to do in the area, sad we didn't get to the Today Farm but would definitely recommend just based off the gifts we got to enjoy from it!! Thanks again

Stunning property in the countryside! You can feel the care & love in every detail of the construction. Light & airy, you wake up daily to the birds chirping, and bullfrogs croaking. We really enjoyed the use of the hot tub in the evenings, and the fully stocked kitchen. And Josh even left us some eggs & bacon in the refrigerator for breakfast. We enjoyed visiting his Today Farm & Market in Muncy, fed the goats, and picked up meat & baked goods for our next meal. I highly recommend this property!
