Thank you for your stay, Kelly. This reservation was booked under your name, and prior to arrival there was no indication that another guest would be the primary occupant. When Andrew arrived and had difficulty entering the property, you provided his phone number and asked that I contact him directly. Because Andrew was not using the VRBO messaging platform, communication had to occur by phone and text. While I did my best to assist, this made troubleshooting less efficient than VRBO’s recommended in-platform messaging. During our communication, Andrew indicated his primary concern was the thermostat. In his last message to me he confirmed the temperature was holding steady at 73°. I also resolved the Wi-Fi issue by providing the correct password. To ensure everything was functioning properly, I arranged for a maintenance technician to inspect the HVAC system. However, shortly before the technician arrived, Andrew informed me he was resting and that the technician could not enter at that time, so the inspection could not be completed. Andrew also mentioned the dryer had been buzzing; he later indicated he had addressed it, though no additional details were provided. I also provided a complimentary late checkout to help accommodate his schedule. I strive to provide responsive support and a comfortable experience for every guest and made multiple efforts to assist throughout the stay. Thank you again for choosing the property.
