Dúplex con terraza privada, con bonitas vistas, situado en el corazón del Barrio de Santa Cruz a tres minutos de la Catedral, la Giralda y el Alcázar con capacidad para cinco personas.
Se encuentra ubicado en el centro histórico de la ciudad, Barrio de Santa Cruz, a quince minutos del aeropuerto y a diez minutos de la estación de tren; una zona muy tranquila pero muy cerca de bares, restaurantes y tiendas de todo tipo.
Está equipado con todas las comodidades: aire acondicionado, calefacción, conexión gratuita a internet, ropa de cama, toallas, y lavadora.
El apartamento dispone de dos plantas: en la planta baja está el dormitorio principal con cama doble, sala de estar, comedor, cocina y cuarto de baño. Su amplio salón tiene balcones con vistas a la calle Bamberg. Todas las habitaciones son luminosas y exteriores. . En la segunda planta de este dúplex hay un dormitorio con dos camas individuales, y un sofá cama situado en una pequeña sala de lectura, desde donde se accede a la hermosa terraza privada llena de flores y plantas, con mesa de comedor para seis personas y un área de asientos para cuatro/cinco personas.
El apartamento es luminoso y tranquilo, y es un lugar con encanto que hará inolvidable su estancia en Sevilla.
Dos de los mejores restaurantes de Sevilla "Casa Robles" y "Giralda Bar" están muy cerca.
El apartamento se encuentra cerca de las tiendas del centro histórico y del barrio comercial. Todas las tiendas del distrito comercial de Sevilla (calle Sierpes, Tetuán, Francos, Plaza Nueva) están muy cerca de esta residencia única.
Usted puede explorar a pie la ciudad sin transporte público: El río Guadalquivir, la Torre del Oro, el Alcázar, el Museo de Bellas Artes, El Palacio conocido como "La Casa de Pilatos," y cualquier cosa que se puede visitar en Sevilla está a pocos minutos de este dúplex con encanto.
El apartamento está situado a sólo quince minutos en taxi desde el aeropuerto. La tarifa del taxi es de 25 € al aeropuerto-centro de la ciudad. Desde la estación de tren está a diez minutos en taxi, coste aproximado 8 euros.

lovely apartment in fantastic location

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, which has a great roof terrace! Location was perfect it is across the road from the best tapas bar in Seville (that's our opinion!), and within easy walking distance of the Cathedral, Real Alcazar and flamenco museum. Perfect for our short break in Seville.

Great location, wonderful terrace!

So close to everything that you want to see in Seville yet away from the bustle. Perfect little tapas bar right around the corner. The apartment is cozy and nicely decorated with a small kitchen if you do want to cook. Checking in and out was simple and Maria is quick to get back if you have an issue.

We spent six nights at the apartment. It was well stocked and in a fantastic location, short walk to everything. Patio is fantastic for a late-night drink or morning coffee. Located on a quiet street next to a great Tapas venue.

Simply wonderful

We stayed in the apartment for the entire month of August as part of a sabbatical. It was a great location from which to visit many places in southern Spain. But even more, it was a perfect place for the two of us to live and relax. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment

The apartment was exactly as listed, really nice to stay in for the couple of nights needed. There was a little bit of confusion on location, as the Google maps location given and the address listed is different, just make sure you confirm you are going to the correct location, it across from Bar Estrella which was absolutely delicious. There also seemed to be a miscommunication at first on which location we booked when communicating with the host, which was quickly taken care of and check out was extremely easy. The private terrace is perfect for an evening in, the location is very quiet and great for getting to downtown destinations. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment in the old section of Sevilla, on a plaza, very near the Catedral de Sevilla.

My adult daughter and I really enjoyed our 4 night stay in the apartment. It is fully updated, very well kept, overlooks a plaza that has many restaurants, and is just a few minutes walk to the Catedral de Sevilla. The two levels of living space gave the two of us a lot of elbow room. The terrace on the second level provided a shaded outdoor area with views of the neighborhood. Finally, Maria was an attentive host. Her communication with us was timely, she is easy to reach, and very responsive.

Good Choice

This is a good choice for visitors to Seville. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well located. There was a convenient supermarket and a wonderful bakery very close. Maria pointed out several things we should not miss on our visit to the city. We especially appreciated her recommendation for La Casa de Memoria for flamenco music/dance. We enjoyed the terrace even though it was pretty chilly during our visit. Our Wifi connection was excellent. I want to point out that the bedroom on the first floor is separated from the living area with a screen. This was not a problem for us. The bathroom was separated from the kitchen by a sliding frosted glass door/wall. This might bother some people who require more privacy. There were three of us sharing the apartment and we found that it met all of our needs.

Appartement très bien situé !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Séville en logeant dans l’appartement de Maria. Idéalement situé près des principaux monuments (la cathédrale est à deux pas), propre, terrasse spacieuse et logement bien équipé. La literie est parfaite. Maria nous a même gentiment réservé des taxis pour repartir à l’aéroport très tôt le matin. Un grand merci !

Zeer teleurstellend

De beschrijving van deze woning was op essentiële punten volstrekt niet in overeenstemming met de realiteit. Het genoemde oppervlak van 140 m2 haalt in werkelijkheid niet eens de helft! Twee badkamers? Er is er maar één! Centrale verwarming? Eén elektrische radiator tussen de (open) slaapkamer en de zit/eetkamer op de benedenverdieping. Daarboven een ontkoppelde airco. Op de bovenverdieping één airco in de ruimte tussen de trap en de slaapkamer. Zeer krappe keuken, waar maar één persoon tegelijk in kan. Geen ventilatie of afzuiger. Pannen sleets en hobbelig op de elektrisch kookplaat. Gevaarlijk glibberige vloer in de douche. Diverse lampen kapot.

Het is niet normaal om een week in een appartement door te brengen en ons te vertellen dat alles in orde was en dat je gelukkig was, en nu deze schadelijke evaluatie te maken. Hoewel degene die de evaluatie heeft geschreven misschien iemand is geweest die er niet echt in heeft geleefd. Aangezien u onwaar bent geweest in uw gekke evaluatie, ga ik punt voor punt antwoorden. De verwarming van dit appartement is middels hete lucht en een grote radiator in de woonkamer. Als een apparaat wordt losgekoppeld, is dat voor de veiligheid en hoeft u het alleen maar aan te sluiten. Niets eenvoudiger. Het appartement is een duplex met een terras en de totale oppervlakte is 140 meter. Alleen het terras is 50 meter en de rest nog eens 90 meter. Niets niet getoond in de foto's. Nergens staat dat er twee badkamers zijn. Je hebt het vast verkeerd gelezen. De foto's tonen de badkamer, voorzien van een antislipvloer. Een onlangs gerenoveerde grote moderne douche. Daar is nog nooit iemand uitgegleden. Waarom staat er dat de keuken geen ventilatie heeft? Er is een groot raam aan de rechterkant dat uitkomt op een binnenpatio. Met betrekking tot de keukenapparatuur, pannen etc. We zijn altijd bereid om te veranderen wat niet goed is, wat altijd iets subjectiefs is. Het helpt ons enorm om gevraagd te worden dingen te veranderen of te vervangen die misschien niet kloppen.

Amazing apartment in an amazing part of town

Don’t look further. THIS is your place! It’s spacious and beautiful in the most perfect part of town. Walk to absolutely everything. Super quiet. All amenities needed. We could not have been happier. It was just perfection!!! The owner/host had excellent communication. Check in and check out could not have been easier. It’s just a lovely place!!!

Lovely central perch in Seville

This property was in the heart of the city, seemingly less than ten minutes from anyplace we wanted to go, and yet quiet and calm. We ate our breakfast on the lovely rooftop terrace, and slept well with the thick sound-proof windows blocking out the lively street noise. We would definitely stay here again!

Great room in Sevilla

My wife, grandson, and I stayed here at about this same time of year two years age. The only thing that change since then was that Maria had a combination key box hanging outside and she gave me the combination over the phone. And this time we had to fill out some government forms, giving our passport numbers etc., the same thing that many hotels in Europe have done for years. Then she picked them up later. Her property is a wonderful property. It is everything that she advertises it to be. It is exceptionally clean and well set up. I would only advise that no one should trying walking up or down the stairs to the second floor of the apartment in their stocking feet, they are polished stone and very slick. The kitchen is well organized, as is the bathroom. The living room is nicely set up and arranged. This time of the year, the a/c is needed very little, if at all. Maria was very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment. James of Muskogee

Very nice apartment in a good area

The apartment is on the 1st floor with the second bedroom upstairs the location is great you can walk to most nearby. We paid a security deposit of Euros 80 and still haven't been refunde dispite Maria agreeing to do so more than a week ago

Dear friend, the damage deposit is automatically refunded within 8 days after the end of the stay in the apartment. This is something that Homeaway does automatically if there is no damage. The refund is made on the same credit card with which the reservation was paid. That's why I have to rate my accommodation 4 out of 5.

Perfect location but a soured experience

You can't beat the location. This is just a block or two from the center of everything. The terrace is delightful and the bed is comfortable. Just outside the door is a wonderful bar/restaurant - Bar Estrella which we highly recommend. This would have been a great experience except for two things: 1.) The shower is practically unusable. The drain was so stopped up that after just a few seconds the water accumulated to a level where the bathroom could flood. One had to stop the water, let it drain, and resume -- just to take a short shower. We could have let the first issue go. Things like this happen, right? But it was the second problem that really bothered us ... 2.) The clothes washing machine was broken and Maria, rather than helping us with it (after several messages on VRBO and text messages), actually charged us saying that WE damaged it.

Cosy and central flat

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Maria's place for a whole week and felt really at home there. The flat is big enough for two, even four people. It has a great terrace which gives one the feeling of being far away from the noises and hectic of a city. The flat was very clean and perfectly equipped: a washing machine, a big fridge, TV, fast Internet connection. What we enjoyed most was the neighborhood, as to the fact that the flat is surrounded by tiny cafés, bars, art-shops, galleries. We just walked 5 min. to the central street of Sevilla and not more than 10 min. to the Cathedral. I highly recommend Maria's place and would certainly love to stay in it the next time i am in Sevilla. Thank you Maria!
