Yes, we allow pets! This building is a duplex. We own and operate both units, which are completely PRIVATE. Private garage, private entrance, private home, private backyard, and private heated pool.

* A Pack ‘n Play (including a mattress and sheets) will be provided and ready on request for any families traveling with a toddler or infant.
* We have pool floaters and beach chairs located in the garage

GUEST ACCESS
You’ll have access to the entire space. There is a keypad entrance to enter the house, pool house (game room), and the garage. A special individualized code will be sent to you directly before your check-in

Please note that our property is located in a residential neighborhood and we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down after 10pm.

*** Heated pool is uncovered and therefore easily gets leaves blown into it. By booking this home you agree not to leave a negative review with regards to the condition of the pool ***

*** Solar Heated pool maintains a temperature of around 90 degrees in the Summer months, 80-85 degrees in the Spring/Fall and 15 degrees above the Gulf of Mexico temperature in the Winter months***

The pool is maintained and cleaned weekly on Mondays and may be serviced during your stay. We will notify any impacted guest of this in advance.
