Come and enjoy the best of Asheville in this exceptional, brand new completed in 2024.
Home is located on a small road with just a few houses off the main road where it is easy to find.
The unit is the whole downstairs separate entrance, completely private with no shared spaces.

Bedroom has a King size bed with memory foam mattress white organic cotton sheets, blackout curtains for your sleeping comfort.
All necessities provided for your stay!
The space
This is a duplex. We are a newly married couple that live in the other unit upstairs. We try to stay very quiet
Guest access
Guests have the whole first floor unit. Fully private with 2 parking spots. No shared spaces with the owners.

We very much enjoyed this stay. The house was perfect size for the two of us and very very clean. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening when we got back from the Biltmore. Wish we could enjoyed more time at this stay as this was a quick trip. We would definitely recommend and would book again if we were in the area.

Awesome set up for a short term or long term stay. We stayed for 10 nights and the kitchen, bath and bedroom set up was ideal. Washer and dryer also made it extremely convenient. We will certainly be booking with these hosts again. Thanks for the great experience!

Everything was very nice. The fire place made the living area very cozy and so relaxing. I have only two suggestions, a door stop for the bedroom door and new pillows for the bed. I would definitely stay here again.

This Place is Fantastic

This property was absolutely lovely. It was precisely as depicted online, super clean, and had everything we needed for our long, romantic holiday weekend. Super close to downtown Asheville (just a few minutes drive) while situated far enough to feel remote and private.

The place was well stocked. They had tons of spices if looking to cook. My son and I stayed here because we were in town for a baby shower. It was in a the center of Candler, NC just of the main road though town so it was close to everything going to Asheville or the Airport were under 30 minutes for us. Our host Jacob and his wife live upstairs so if you need anything he is right there. We met Jacob, he is super nice and very responsive if you need or ask anything. The place is very modern and clean. Full size washer and dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets. Lots of towels. Full size dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided, even toothpaste! FYI: The Dollar Tree store is a couple of minutes away and Ingles grocery store is like 5 mins if that.There is a huge open grass field surrounding you. So very peaceful. We saw a huge family of turkeys and couple of ground hogs. Just know the bath tub is very deep so people with mobility problems may have difficulty getting in. I'm 5' 1", and agile, I was able to get in and out carefully.Would I stay here again, that would be a definite yes!

This is a gem of a property. All new and super comfortable. Modern, classy, and functional. It was very clean and the fireplace made down time extra enjoyable. I'll be staying here again.

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I were in town visiting family and having a relaxing weekend in Asheville. The house was very clean and well decorated. Had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning. Easy commute to Asheville. Host was quick to communicate and friendly. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

The space was lovely and was as depicted online. The house was clean, well decorated, well equipped and appointed with comfortable furniture. Bonus, a fireplace, outside space and washer/dryer. The property feel is private and natural but within a few minutes drive to all Asheville has to offer.The Host was quick to communicate and friendly. No noise from the Hosts living above.I will return to staying again.

A Wonderful, Relaxing Stay – Highly Recommend!Although the place wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, the owner was incredibly kind and immediately offered to treat us to dinner while everything was being finalized — a thoughtful gesture that really set the tone for the rest of our stay.Once we got in, the space exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to feel at home — truly a home away from home. The backyard was beautifully decorated and peaceful, a perfect spot to unwind.As a vegan, I felt completely safe and comfortable preparing meals in the kitchen, which was spotless and well-equipped.The location was also very quiet and private, even though the owners live upstairs — we barely noticed and always felt like we had our own space.This is the perfect getaway for any couple looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-cared-for place to stay. We would absolutely come back and recommend it without hesitation!

We loved this little place and it was convenient to Asheville and lots of places to drive around the mountains. Would definitely go again if my travels take me back. Loved having the cappuccino maker!!Would recommend a plunger for the toilet and a small rug inside the front door for when it rains. It rained the whole time we were there so the floor got wet and I would have to dry it up with paper towels. Owner was extremely quick to answer questions.
