Fantastic 6 Bedroom Ranch Style Villa with amazing massive outdoor entertaining space for complete relaxation on the 18th Fairway of Quivira's exclusive and private Jack Nicklaus Golf Course (Access to Private Course and 25% off Tee Times as Guest). This "Front Row" lot provides unobstructed views of the course, ocean, sunrises and whales during season. This Golf Course is sought after with 8 holes on the Ocean - enjoy this beauty, the 4 comfort stations that include delicious food and unlimited drinks throughout the course (25% discount and Access to Golf Course, Comfort Stations and Drinks).

Inside: 3 primary suites with luxurious California King Beds and full baths (2 with indoor/outdoor showers), a private casita with California King bed, sofa bed and kitchenette, two generous additional bedrooms with a large Jack/Jill bath. High end kitchen with all amenities and a huge island for gathering, top of the line appliances & furnishings. Full/accessible laundry room. Impressive great room with vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling glass doors open to the unobstructed golf course/ocean view.

Outside: expansive patio with multiple sitting areas, lounge chairs/umbrellas throughout. This is a beautiful home that is very clean. Luis made the check in very easy and was very responsive during our stay. If we had an issue he would remedy the situation if possible. My only negatives were the pool heater. It worked when it wanted to and same thing with the hot tub. Some showers didn’t have very warm water but we got through it. We would stay here again.

10/10 – Perfect Vrbo Stay in Cabo!This home was everything we hoped for and more. It was super clean, in a great location, and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Luis, the house manager, went above and beyond—he stocked the house with our full grocery list and had everything put away before we got there. He also arranged transportation in a really nice Sprinter van that made arrival easy and stress-free.The house is huge! We had four families, and everyone had their own private space. The beds were comfortable, the linens were high quality, and the private casita was perfect for extra privacy.The outdoor area is a highlight—amazing infinity pool overlooking the 18th hole at Quivira, plus a swim-up bar and full outdoor kitchen. We spent most of our time outside, and it couldn’t have been better.Luis also connected us with a private chef who cooked us a couple of incredible meals. Highly recommend doing that!Easily one of the best Vrbo homes we’ve stayed in. We’ll definitely be back!

This is an absolutely beautiful house in a phenomenal community! I hosted my bachelorette party here with 11 girls and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful home. We did run into a few issues with the power going out and no running water for about 6 hours which was less than ideal, but Luis was very communicative with us to keep us updated. Overall, I would recommend this property!

Trip of a lifetime

This property is everything and more. Right on the 18th green but not In the line of fire for any golf balls. The infinity pool overlooks the green, followed by a beautiful view of the ocean. Every amenity you could want, including outdoor grilling area and tons of entertaining space. Beautiful gourmet kitchen and astounding interiors..

Unforgettable! This is THE place to stay!

We’ve been to Cabo many times and usually stay at the resorts, hotels…never again! What a find, truly easy – so much more comfort and service focused! House Manager greeting, stocking groceries, coordinating all so I (my family) could enjoy the whole time from touchdown to takeoff. They even had pack and plays for our smaller ones – could go on forever about the property, finishes, views, boys – LOVED the GOLF (and something about comfort stations). Truly, never going back to basic with hotels/resorts – this was a VACA!!!

Amazing Girls Trip!

Girls trip and what a Trip! Pool, pampered and PARTY! Whales were literally breaching, viewing that all day and showing off to the Golfers as they drive by;)!Gorgeous property with stunning views!House manager was so attentive! This place was mind blowing! The outdoor patio and pool deck had a true party atmosphere—everything you could want for a Cabo trip with friends. The golf course was much more beautiful in person than we ever expected, way beyond anything the photos showed. But the best part of the trip was the concierge- It truly elevated the whole experience. They were always on top of everything, super responsive, and really made sure we had the best time. Definitely recommend this spot for an unforgettable vacation!

STUNNING Property and a Stress-Free Vacation

Our family of 10 had the most incredible time at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. The house is absolutely stunning—so spacious and perfect for our large group. We had plenty of room to spread out, but also so many cozy spots to gather together, making it feel like home.The views took our breath away every single day. We spent our mornings lounging by the pool, and in the evenings, we’d gather around the firepit to enjoy each other’s company, share stories, and sip on drinks under the stars. It was pure relaxation, and the kids loved having their own space to play and explore.I can’t say enough about the incredible service we received—especially from the house manager, Luis. He was so kind and attentive, making sure everything was taken care of, so we could just focus on enjoying our time together. One of the highlights was definitely the private chef we hired for a special dinner. The meal was absolutely delicious, and we were all amazed at how reasonable it was for the quality of food and experience.The location was perfect—close to everything, yet completely private, giving us the best of both worlds. The easy access to world class golf was the most exciting part for the golfers in our group. They were blown away by the comfort stations along the course and had a “round of a lifetime” as they described it. I would HIGHLY recommend this villa to any family looking for a peaceful, fun, and luxurious getaway!
