Thank you for your feedback Stephanie. I do need to clarify that this reservation was a no-show, and you and your other guest never checked into the property. About two hours after check-in time, you sent a message claiming you were approached by “strange men.” I immediately replied asking for details so I could help, but I received no response until two days later, and none of the requested clarification was correlating. To ensure your safety, I immediately reviewed the security cameras and smart-door activity logs, there was no activity, no one near the home, and the door was never opened at any time. Because you never entered the property, the comments about the interior, yard, or environment vibes are not based on an actual stay. Had you reached out with any legitimate concern regarding your inability to show up, I would have done the needful . Unfortunately, your review is not reflective of the property, the location, or their actual experience. I take safety seriously and encourage future guests to read the many accurate reviews from those who have stayed here.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Guest safety, cleanliness, and accurate listings are priorities for us. The home was professionally cleaned and prepared prior to arrival. When concerns were raised, we responded immediately by sending our cleaner back to the property and issuing a full refund of the $150 cleaning fee as a courtesy, even though the home had already been occupied. The listing accurately reflects the home’s layout, amenities, and features, including that it is a multi-level property. We remained responsive throughout the stay and made accommodations beyond standard hosting practices in an effort to address concerns promptly. Following these efforts, an additional $200 refund was requested beyond the original booking plus cleaning refund. When this request was declined, this review was posted. We encourage future guests to review the listing details carefully and reach out with any questions prior to booking to ensure the property is a good fit. We remain committed to transparency, responsiveness, and maintaining high standards for our guests.
