Stunning Timberframe Vacation Home Near Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Experience mountain living in this beautiful timberframe home, built in 2012 and nestled at the base of Mount McKenzie. Located just minutes from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and close to downtown Revelstoke, Mount Macpherson trails, and Boulder Mountain, this spacious retreat is perfect for your adventure getaway. Ideal for skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, and mountain biking.

Timberframe is conveniently situated a 5 minute drive from the ski hill and a couple blocks from the future Cabot Golf Course. The property is nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood, offering a tranquil retreat.
Hive & Co Property Management provides access to the property via a code for the front entry door. Access to this code will be provided the day before check-in. You will have private access to the whole house.

The open-concept main floor offers everything you need to relax and recharge:
• A warm and inviting living room with a gas stove on thermostat
• A fully equipped kitchen ready for cooking and baking
• Dining area with expandable seating for up to 8 guests
• A private office for remote work or planning your next adventure
• Powder room and a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Upstairs features two cozy bedrooms, a shared full bathroom, and a second powder room. The vaulted ceiling and open loft design create a bright, airy ambiance throughout.

• Indoor ski storage with boot dryers
• Heated entryway floor – ideal for drying out your gear overnight
• Private 4-person hot tub (Note: hot tub is turned off and cold during summer months)
• Patio furniture and shade blinds on the side patio for comfortable outdoor lounging
• Bike storage located in the secure garden shed
• Raspberry and blueberry bushes at the back of the property — enjoy them when in season!
• Gas stove heating, heat pump & room-by-room heaters
• Air conditioning and two air purifiers for summer comfort

Ample parking for up to 4 vehicles, including a carport.
Note: Large trailers are not recommended due to the narrow street. No street parking is allowed in winter (snowplow route).
✦ Know Before You Book
Due to an open hardwood staircase (no baby gate) and a freestanding gas stove (hot to touch), this home may not be ideal for families with young children. A travel crib and high chair are not provided.
HIGHWAY 1 EAST ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Townley Street
- at the traffic circle, take your third exit (4th Street East)
- turn left at the stop sign on Nichol Road (toward the ski resort)
- Go through the round about and continue straight on Nichol Road
- Turn left on Camozzi Road
- Turn right on Mountain Gate Road
- The property will be located on the left-hand side (2040 Mountain Gate Road)
HIGHWAY 1 NORTH ACCESS
- from the highway, turn onto Victoria Road
- At the traffic circle, take your 2nd exit (Victoria Road)
- At the next traffic circle, take your second exit (4th Street East)
- Turn left on the stop sign at Nichol Road
- Go through the roundabout and continue straight on Nichol Road
- Turn left on Camozzi Road
- Turn right on Mountain Gate Road
- The property will be located on the left-hand side (2040 Mountain Gate Road)
