Great location

Very easy and fast check in. Property manager managed to find ways to connect with me after unable to contact Expedia that our original property is closed on Sunday and we have to move to another property. The info provided was accurate. The location is really good. Close to city and easy access to metro even though due to COVID we didn’t take public transportation. We will definitely try the metro next time we are here.

Spacious apartment feel

The room felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. Spacious with a full kitchen. Location was walkable. We ate at the restaurant in the building next door too. Would stay here again!

Family fun

Inspite of looming corona virus cancellations for the St Patricks day parade and Sabers game (the reason for our visit) our family trip was made nicer by the staff. We asked for and got extra chairs. We cooked in, and it was very good. We had everything we needed. We knew ahead of time to ask for the cookware. We had a fun game night the 4 of us and were much more comfortable than we would have been in 2 hotel rooms. Just please know that although the parking lot next to the hotel sign says $5 for the weekend that is not true. We parked overnight Saturday and had paid the $5, but sadly there was a ticket for $15 on the car when we checked out. The hotel does not have parking. There is the (said lot adjacent and) a parking garage across the street. Again not affiliated. However I think the hotel could do a courtesy to their customers by having a BIG sign at the desk detailing the parking regulations of the lot which most people assume IS their lot. Just a suggestion.

Hotel lobby and common areas were well done and show the old brickwork of this amazing building. Rooms also show old character with modern conveniences. Bathrooms I feel we’re not up to par with the rest of the details in the room but are still nice. I would definitely stay again

The rooms are unique with a great layout to accommodate a small group. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would say there were some small areas that were missed as far as cleanliness and I would recommend updating the lobby area to be more inviting and appealing. Location was perfect with a parking garage and restaurant just steps away. Would stay there again!

The lofts were massive compared to what you would envision a typical hotel room to be. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We had no issues during our stay. The loft was beautiful and well equipped with anything you could need. We will definitely be back again in the future! Thank you for a great experience :)

Lovely place to stay

This was nice a surprise! Very affordable for the very spacious hotel room, it was like a big apartment. Full modern kitchen, lovely bathroom, high ceilings we loved this place. It was right beside the restaurant we were going to and we walked to the Key Bank Centre with no problems. The bed was a bit on the hard side, and the fireplace was not working properly but we were surprised to even see a fireplace in the room! Would recommend to all.

Made you feel like you were in a home. The receptionist was very polite and respectful. Did not have cookware or even a toaster. Could not make dinner in the nice kitchen. There was flatware though. Furniture was uncomfortable. The comforter was so noisy it sounded like we were in a paper bag.

The idea of staying in a factory loft was intriguing but for $180 for one night the loft was awful!!!!!! Bathroom walls, counter, storage, tub glass doors were GROSS, CHIPPED, GAUGED, and FILTHY. ALL WALLS and DOORS were FILTHY. DECOR was cheap, unbalanced, and very little. TV stuck on a wall poorly with wires hanging. NO USB PORTS ANYWHERE!!!!!! Beds were comfortable after getting past the STAINS ON THE COMFORTERS. DORM ROOM DRESSERS. No tvs in bedrooms and no privacy shades/ shutters on huge livingroom windows. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!

Location is great if going to events at the Key Bank Center. Great food at any of the Pearl Street restaurants. Only downfall is the parking. Make sure you tell parking attendants you need overnight parking. Most lots do not allow overnight parking. Rooms are spacious but could use a little updating. More comfortable couch and chairs would be great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

Huge space but filthy floors and uncomfortable bed

Such a unique place. It is so large and beautiful but it is not very clean. The linens were clean but the floors were filthy. I’m so glad I had slippers to wear. If it were clean and the furniture updated, it would be perfect. Friendly service, too. It’s in a very convenient location and walkable. Note to establishment: Please spend the money to get new furniture and work on cleanliness! Your clientele will be impressed and then you can charge more.

Loved the room - it felt like we were in an apartment! The beds (and pillows) were incredibly comfortable and the separate rooms made it very comfortable and homey. I also loved having a fully functioning kitchen (with filtered water and ice on tap). We were thrilled with just about everything about the hotel and will definitely be staying again!
