Located in Bibinje, near Zadar, this house is ideal for a vacation! Just a 5-minute walk separates you from the beaches, the old village with restaurants and cafes, while the bakery, shops and local fruit and wine producers are 2 minutes away. The house is fenced (2 m high) for privacy and has two apartments, each of 90 m², with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and large terraces. In the yard there is a large parking lot, a swimming pool (8x4 m) and a barbecue for shared use. Visit nearby Zadar, the Sea Organ and national parks for unforgettable excursions! The swimming pool is in operation from 15.05.2025 to 15.10.2025.
