• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis. A parking pass is required and will be located in the home upon arrival.
• Guests of this home will have access to the Fall Creek Clubhouse and pools. A pass for the community amenities will be provided in the unit, alongside the parking pass.
• This is a 2nd floor walk-up unit with 15 steps required to the front door.
