Limited house clubs available (L&R handed + kids) and recommend the use of personal clubs. Unlimited golf included.

Prefer to watch a movie? With one click the space transforms into a house shaking theater and immerses you in front of a 9’ x 15’, 4k screen with 6 high fidelity speakers. Enjoyable for everyone with a complimentary Netflix subscription.

Bedrooms
2 Master Suites and 3 dual twin:
You’ll enjoy two solid wood king size beds (firm core with plush top) and 6 solid wood twin size beds (medium firmness). In addition, each floor includes a roll-away twin bed. All bedding is encapsulated then enveloped in high quality, soft linens. Two different style pillows included for sleep style variations.

Every bedroom includes wireless phone charging pads and wired ports, Roku tv’s with Netflix and ESPN Select and ceiling fans.

Bathroom's
4 full bathrooms and one 1/2 bath. All full bathrooms include dual sink vanities, hair dryers, make up towels, hand and bath towels, and hand/shower soaps/shampoos. 3 of the full bathrooms include rain shower heads. The 4th bathroom includes a bathtub.

Main level great room
Gallery-style living room invites you to sit down and gather in front of the electric fireplace. Simple on/off feature creates the mood in seconds. Adjacent the living room you’ll find a custom fabricated dining table for 10 that was sourced from an Elm tree on property. It is surrounded by an efficient kitchen complete with LG appliances and all the necessary cooking equipment you’ll need. The convection oven and refrigerator with 4 types of ice, including craft ice balls for mixed drinks, highlight the appliance line up.

Your rental includes free access to the Territory Owners Club. Just a 3 minute drive, the space houses many amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, indoor basketball court and fitness center, and game room complete with pool tables, ping pong, foosball, a new shuffle board and electronic game area.

Scenic Lake Galena is a short, 5 minute drive and offers great fishing, easy boating and relaxing lake-side lounging. Rent pontoon boats, fishing boats, or kayaks.

Shenandoah Riding Center
A full service equestrian center that offers riding lessons for all ages and trail rides for all riding levels. A 6 minute drive from Blue Ridge Reserve.
