As you step inside, you'll immediately feel at home in this stylishly appointed space. Enjoy a peaceful night's rest in our inviting queen extra length bed, where your comfort is always our priority.

The unit boasts a stunning garden, bathed in sunlight, inviting you to unwind and soak up the serenity. To ensure it stays in top shape, please note that our gardeners visit every Thursday to maintain the space. Kindly expect them to be working in the garden on this day. For your safety and the upkeep of the garden, we kindly ask that they are not interrupted or requested to leave during their scheduled maintenance.

The delightful garden also features a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying a scrumptious braai while reveling in the beautiful surroundings. However, if you're in the mood for more extensive amenities, our complex offers a fantastic clubhouse for your enjoyment. Indulge in a workout session at the gym, take a refreshing dip in the magnificent pool, or simply bask in the warm African sun on a comfortable pool chair. We kindly ask our guests to be considerate of the neighbors and adhere to the complex rules while using these facilities.

No need to worry about power interruptions during load shedding, as we have an inverter installed to ensure uninterrupted access to amenities such as the TV and Wi-Fi. With the inverter, you can comfortably work on your laptop or charge your cell phone without any disruptions.


To ensure your convenience, we provide complimentary tea, instant coffee, and sugar. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. For coffee lovers, we have a Nespresso machine, complete with two capsules/pods. Should you desire more, kindly bring along additional pods to savor the perfect cup of coffee.

For health enthusiasts, we've included a blender in the kitchen, allowing you to whip up your morning smoothies or protein shakes effortlessly. The kitchen also features a fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, stove, oven, dishwasher (with two dishwashing tablets provided), and a washing machine (please provide your own detergent).

Rest assured, even during load shedding, our inverter will keep the TV and Wi-Fi running for up to four hours. Whether you need to catch up on work or indulge in a marathon of your favorite series, uninterrupted entertainment is guaranteed.

Please note that our unit is strictly non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Our complex is renowned for its relaxing and peaceful ambiance, so we kindly request that no parties or excessive noise be tolerated during your stay.

For stays exceeding seven nights, we offer a complimentary cleaning service that includes dusting, changing of linen, and towels. Please let us know upon arrival if you require this service, and we'll be delighted to arrange it for you.

We have a beautiful garden for your enjoyment, in order to keep it this easy, Please note the gardeners come in every Thursday. Please expect them to come into the garden on a Thursday. The have to maintain the garden and cannot be asked to leave by guests.

Please respect our home and our wonderful neighbors. This is a quiet and tranquil complex.

CLEANING & SERVICING OF THE ROOM
Extra cost for daily cleaning or servicing.
For stays longer than 7 nights a free servicing/cleaning (dusting, changing of linen and towels) of the room will be arranged if required, and needs to be discussed on arrival.

Electricity Consumption:
Due to environmental impacts please do not excessively use electricity. Switch off lights in areas not being utilised and turn down or turn off the heater or fan during the night. When leaving the house please turn off all lights and electronics.
Please do not forget to turn off the electric blanket on the bed when not using it.
