This is a clean, quaint, and hidden gem of a property. We stayed here for an event at CSU when the hotel prices were ridiculously inflated. The pictures in the listing do not do this property justice. The decor is cute, the beds are very comfortable, and you feel at home here. Communication with the owner was clear and concise. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Exactly as listed

We enjoyed everything about this listing. The beds were a little firm for my liking and pillows not as fluffy as i like, but everything else was fantastic. Very quaint town that is up and coming, close to Buc ees which was quite the experience, and a wonderful new Grocery store with food court called Woods. Highly recommend!

Great communication from the owner, with a helpful and thorough welcome binder upon arrival. Very well appointed kitchen with all the necessities. All cabinets are well labeled which really helped in the searching for plates, cups, etc.Bathrooms included toiletries (minus toothpaste), and were clean.Beds were these delightful memory foam mattresses, we slept like rocks.Neighborhood is very quiet and save. Close proximity to the Y, library and a great park for kids.

This host truly thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable. The home was spotless, stocked with thoughtful touches like condiments, tea, and snacks, and even included a list of local spots to check out. Unlike other places I’ve stayed, there was no expectation of doing laundry, which I really appreciated. Everything was exactly where she said it would be, and all instructions were clear—I never once had to reach out with a question. It was such a wonderful experience, and if I’m ever in the area again, I’ll absolutely be back. 10/10!

Great stay in Johnstown

We stayed at the townhouse for 3 nights while visiting family in the area, and it was perfect for our needs. Communication with the host was timely and seamless from confirmation through post-stay thank yous. The townhome still had that brand new smell and was exceptionally clean, with thoughtful touches throughout.The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare a great meal. Bathrooms and laundry room were also well stocked. We appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, garage parking, and quiet neighborhood. The binder on the kitchen counter made it easy to find any information we needed about the property, check-out process, and the local area. It was not far off the freeway, and just a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores, and the only Buc-ees in Colorado (lol). We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Johnstown is a fun city close to Estes Park and numerous other places to visit. You can walk around town and have a bite to eat or shop at the awesome local family owned grocery store. There's a YMCA within walking distance as well as walking paths.
